Zero to $1M: $1,000 a day and a 50-phone Tinder farm
I was about a month into the zero-to-$1 million series. Revenue sat at about $1,000 a day — better than I expected. That is roughly $30,000 on the first month. The Tinder book ordered more accounts. The
OnlyFans course was selling on its own. A social-media-agency course had a few pre-orders. I was not taking money until I had ten.
$1,000 a day. Ten pre-orders before I take the cash
The $1,000 was unexpected. Tinder clients asked for more accounts. The OnlyFans course had regular sales. I was still finishing that course. The agency course sat behind a floor: ten pre-orders, then I would dedicate the time. Below that I would not take funds.
50 Tinder accounts, 15–20 new phones a day
The click farm is a pile of phones on charge, and more in the next room. I was standing up the same setup for a couple of clients. About 50 Tinder accounts live. About 15 to 20 new ones every day.
I had ordered custom stands: phones slot in diagonally, each with a short charger that plugs straight in. That was the upgrade — get the farm off the pile and into a rack I could film when it arrived.
$150 house blood work, 28% body fat
I added a quarterly review at the start of the year. Glucose, insulin, testosterone, and the rest of the panel go into Notion. Every three months.
In Tbilisi a doctor comes to the apartment. The blood work cost about $150. We also did a body-fat calculation. I was about 28%. That is high. Fitness is the next-quarter priority. I neglected it the previous year because I was absorbed in the large company.
A Shortcut that turns the lights red if I skip the evening page
The daily tracking template is achievements, improvements, and disappointments. I fill the morning. I forget the evening. That log is some of the most useful information I have.
I built an Apple Shortcuts automation that checks the last time those daily fields were edited. If I have not filled them, the lights on the back of the room go red. It rechecks every half hour. When the page is done, the lights turn off. A wind-down cue I cannot ignore.

hey guys little update video on like the zero to one million dollar series we're currently doing about a thousand dollars per day which is actually much better than i was originally expecting i think we're on schedule to do about thirty thousand dollars in the first month which is good it's nice and yeah it was completely unexpected the Tinder guys have come in and ordered a load more accounts OnlyFans course has like regular sales coming in and we've also got a few pre-orders of the social media marketing agency course although i haven't i'm not taking any funds until we have a minimum of 10 pre-orders just before i go ahead and dedicate the time to that particular project
i'm still working on finishing up the OnlyFans course sorry if i'm speaking a bit funny as well i've got a mouth ulcer from where i bit myself so as part of like the quarterly review and i've just added this in at the start of the year so this should actually be for like the final quarter but anyway the previous quarter sorry i've got my blood test results back so i've got my glucose insulin testosterone levels and like various other just sort of metrics that i'm trying to track so they will come in and i just add these into like the Notion system so i'm going to do this every three months
it's a really big benefit of Tbilisi that you can just have a doctor come around your house and do all of your blood work and this cost me about 150 and we also did like a body fat calculation i'm really quite high at the moment about 28 i shouldn't be laughing at that either it's really quite serious so over the next three months that's like sort of pushed into priority working on like my fitness a bit more which like i really neglected last year because i was just so focused on and so absorbed in like working on that large company
and if anyone is wondering what a Tinder click farm looks like you can see all of these phones as well in here these are ones that charged here as well loads more here as well so this is something i'm currently setting up for a couple of different clients actually and it is going quite well and i've just ordered basically a load of custom stands where you will slot in the phones diagonally and then they all come with like a short length charger that plug straight in so it will be a lot more like organized here and i'll record that when it arrives
currently we're managing about 50 Tinder accounts and making about 15 to 20 new ones every single day and this is my like daily tracking template i'm usually really quite good like in the morning at doing it but often i'll forget in the evenings to actually fill out my daily achievements improvements and disappointments and this is some of like the most useful information i have so i actually built a little shortcut it runs automatically but just for demonstration purposes we'll run this manually
this goes and checks the last time that these filters were edited and if they have not been edited recently maybe you just saw now the lights on the back will turn red which tells me that i've forgotten to do it and it will just keep rechecking every half an hour if it has been completed the lights will just turn off so it's sort of like an automatic wind down routine that i've added in just a nice little fun simple automation like interacting with the environment around me sort of like that ball
