Day 1 of zero to $1M: £214, a Tinder SOP, crypto last
2 January. Day 1 of a series I am going to document in public: zero to $1 million. I am not starting homeless. Other businesses stay. A couple of hours a day. The ledger is a UK Monzo account with £214 in it — three freelance consults that just cleared from
Stripe, about $220. A half hour is $100. Building the automations after that is $250 an hour.
No income landed today. The plan did.
Freelance first. There is no seed capital
I am starting from zero on this clock. I do not have the cash to stand up a fancy project. The fastest dollar is selling time, then putting that dollar into something that multiplies. Freelance is the first stream. I have capacity for a couple of clients. Anything that comes in goes back into the next stream, not into lifestyle.
$50 setup, $20 a month, 50 Tinder accounts
Second client: an OnlyFans agency that wants
Tinder accounts. They manage five girls. Ten accounts each is 50. $50 to set an account up, $20 a month to keep it. That is $2,500 plus recurring, and they will scale if the channel makes them money.
I am in Georgia. Labour is cheap. One person can run about 80–100 accounts. Basic salary is about $300. Taxes and expenses take it to about $400. The margin is the job. Pricing is lower than I would charge a stranger because I want the same acquisition channel for my own pages, and they are paying me to figure it out.
Write the SOP in an hour. Do not sit next to them
Two hires arrive at 10am. The work is not watching them tap phones. It is an instruction manual: what to do, what not to do, naming, bios, screenshots. About an hour. Then they can make 100 accounts or 1,000 without me in the room.
Someone in a members group said it well: it is not how much a project earns, it is how long it took you to earn it. I could spend the day micromanaging. Or I write the docs, pay one of them a bit extra to manage the other, and spend 15–20 minutes reviewing at the end of the day. New accounts go into Airtable. I get an alert. If the $2,500 lands, that hour is a $2,000 hour after salaries.
The project template I open on every new job asks the same questions: how do I raise revenue without raising time, how do I cut time without cutting revenue, what would I do if I could only spend one hour a week on this, what would 100% automation look like. Documentation plus a cheap operator is the one-hour-a-week answer.
Seven streams, then $10k a month, then DeFi
I want about seven income lines, different sizes. Freelance is one. The Tinder farm is two. A personal site can sell Integromat (Make.com) scenarios people already ask me for, plus Airtable templates. I have about 70 unused
LinkedIn accounts. Outreach as a service is a candidate for the site.
Early multiplication is people: I buy hours cheaper than I sell them. I will not drop more than a few thousand into a single business. Target is $10,000 a month of income as fast as I can get it. Then that cash goes into crypto and DeFi as a multiplier, not as a job. Full-time trading is the wrong use of the day. You need a foundation of income first. Idle cash is what crypto is good at multiplying.
Spend on people you control before you spend on crypto
Crypto has no hard cap on how much you can put in. It also has no lever I can pull when the news turns. A staff member in the room I can train, rewrite the SOP for, replace. A global headline I cannot. So the order is: local investments I can change with a conversation, then leftover capital into crypto while I keep looking for the next project I control.
Five Minute Journal plus a not-to-do list
Morning starts in a Notion daily tracker. The prompts are stolen from the
Five Minute Journal. I keep them digital. Grateful. What would make today great. Then a not-to-do list — that one is mine. The essence of strategy is choosing what not to do.
Achievements and disappointments write into a roll-up, so yesterday’s waste is sitting there when I plan today. Evening is what happened, and what would have made it better. Those lines become the improvements tab. Small consistent steps. One hard day a month does nothing.
Five tasks, weekday habits, cancel unused subscriptions
The dashboard stays on the second monitor. Goal is five real tasks. Five-to-ten-minute chores do not count. Habits rotate by weekday. Research is two pages minimum — systems thinking, habits, discipline. Workout is usually the gym; New Year, it is closed, so 100 press-ups. Once a week I walk the subscription database against the bank. NordVPN is on today’s cancel list. YouTube is already ticked: I am filming this.
Yearly review on 2 January
The other block is a yearly review: a long question list on what last year was, what I actually want, what would make me happy. I planned to do it in a hotel. That fell through. Cafe, laptop, headphones. I will sit with it for a couple of days. That is how the next year gets designed, not a slogan on the 1st.
Day 1 closed at zero. The Stripe link is still sitting there
I sent the Tinder clients a Stripe link. They did not pay. I am not chasing them. Today is Sunday. Monday or Tuesday, maybe. I hit the five tasks. The year plan was the useful work. There was a disagreement with the two hires — who you spend the day with is the filter. Hang around five millionaires and you are probably the sixth. Hang around five people doing nothing and you are probably the sixth.
A maid starts tomorrow on trial so house work leaves my calendar. I also spent five minutes on a Twitter bot: scraped OnlyFans pages I already have, hourly posts, affiliate link, grow toward 100k in an adult niche. Maybe it earns. The time cost is nothing.
Zero dollars in. That is the day. Sail through choppy water as cleanly as you can, write the improvement, put it in the system so it does not repeat. Dinner after. I default to 100% on one task and neglect the rest. The year I am designing is money, health, mindset, and relationships on the same board.

Hey guys good morning we're going to start a new video series where I'm going to start a new video series of going from zero to million dollars and I'm going to document pretty much the whole process like everything that I can as someone says no like privacy related issues I'll document setting up the businesses and scaling out the the revenue streams so
I think this is I I know this has actually been attempted a couple of times there was a guy who went completely homeless to start off a project like this and I'm not going to quite go that extreme I already have like my own commitments various other businesses and commitments to people that I can't just step back from so this is almost going to be like a side hustle where I will I will spend a couple of hours per day on this and
We'll see how quickly I can go from zero to a million dollars I have no idea how long it would actually take because I've never actually done anything like this but I'm I'm sure it'll be a really interesting journey and very educational both for me and and for you this is day one and it also ties in quite well because it's the start of the new year it's the 2nd of January so this is a UK bank account that I'm going to be using is Monzo and
It's got 214 pounds in there which you may have seen already and I'm going to just give myself a little head start that's not my money it's money that I've earned in the past two weeks from three different clients who booked in a call with me they scheduled in a call with me for an hour so they have paid for an hour of my time and that has just cleared from Stripe so
We're we're starting from scratch basically as of as of two weeks ago I'll just bring that up here so you can see so we have Stripe again 220 dollars yeah okay this was all in December yeah so over the past few weeks that is where that money has has come from so again it's just people who've booked in like freelance and and they're they're going to start freelance projects with me as well so
They've booked in an hour of my time which is sorry a half an hour of my time which is 100 and I will then go on to build automations for them which will cost about 250 per hour so that will be the first way and is the first way that I've generated income and I'll be starting those projects within the new year I'm available for like some freelance stuff as well if anyone else needs help and what I'll be doing is taking this money and
Reinvesting it into in a number of different ways so I've also I've lined up a second client actually where they need Tinder accounts created some guys I know I'm based in Georgia in Eastern Europe and so it's very cheap to it's there's very cheap labor so I can hire people to build accounts for them very easily and I can just manage and oversee the process and I'll put a little markup on top and as long as they're making money they're pretty much happy to scale infinitely so
Right now they've asked me to make them 10 accounts I'm charging them a 50 setup fee to create the account we need to use a mobile device and we have to purchase that and so on and then there'll be like a 20 per month management fee I can have one person in Georgia managing about 80 to 100 accounts potentially a few more and the salary will cost me about about three to four hundred dollars like with taxes and
Expenses they'll have like a three hundred dollar basic and then taxes and expenses on top it will bring it up to about four hundred so there's a very easy way for me to to make a nice margin on there and as long as these guys as long as they they're happy with the service they're running an OnlyFans business which is why they want these Tinder accounts as long as they're happy with the service they're pretty much happy to scale out infinitely which is always a good
Place to for me to be in and on top of that I'm also running an OnlyFans business myself and these guys at a much larger level than than I am so it's a very good relationship for me which is why the pricing is slightly cheaper than normal I'm very interested to figure out this acquisition channel as well for my own personal goals and
They're willing to pay me to figure out this channel for them which is which is where it works out really well for me for me it's just gonna be about an hour and two hours work to write up to write up some documentation for the girls to follow like almost an instruction manual on how they go about making these accounts and after that that the two girls I've hired are just going to be sitting there creating these these Tinder accounts and
We're going to be promoting promoting their girls and then this is like quite a smart way for me to work so yeah the general strategy at least at the early stages is going to be to take do like freelancing work or there's various other ways that I will pull in some early early money and then it's a case of investing that into things and multiplying that income preferably in automated ways like this where it's going to take me a couple of hours to set up and
I'll turn this 220 dollars into about 2 000. so yeah I will be doing some like freelance work that's going to be like the initial way definitely the best way to bring in some some money to start with I just have I I'm starting from zero right so I've not really got the capital to go about setting up any any fancy projects and so I believe that this will be the best use of my time and
In terms of other ways I'll be looking to bring in like the initial funds I'll be setting up like a personal website and I'll be selling various different things on there so I get a lot of demands for like integrated templates and Integromat scenarios so I can actually create like my own online store like nathaston.com for example and put up some interesting Integromat scenarios that I've like built over over the years as well as various different Airtable templates and
If I also look at my assets I have I have about 70 LinkedIn accounts and currently I'm not using them for anything so I could also look into doing like an outreach as a service type system where I will perform outreach for people so that's something that I was also thinking to put up on the website in total are aimed to set up around seven different streams of income they'll all be at various different levels and
I will be aiming to invest all of this money to then multiply this money so to start off with we're multiplying by using these by using like human power right to fulfill these projects but once I have this two thousand dollars I'll be looking for bigger ways to invest this money and this could be into other businesses new projects and things like that although generally I I won't invest more than like a few thousand dollars in a business so
What my current plan will be is actually to move into like the crypto and DeFi space which is where I think that comes in to be really quite interesting as a way to like multiply your money so I will aim to get to about ten thousand dollars per month of income as fast as possible and then I'll be looking to to push that into various different like DeFi projects and
Even just crypto projects in general it's just gonna be like a really easy way to multiply the funds particularly if I'm not doing anything anything with it so that's what I think that crypto is is great for in general you still you want to have like you don't want to become like a full-time crypto trader because it's I think in my opinion this is not the best route to go what I think is much better to do is have these streams of income and
Use crypto as a tool for multiplying the amount of income you have but make sure that you have a foundation of income anyway so it's it's just come like eight o'clock and because it's the new year I would normally be at the gym or doing something like that like I'm going to record literally everything that I do in this series by the way my my day-to-day structure so I would normally be in the gym and then also I would go to like the sauna and steamroom but
Because it's the the new year unfortunately they're all closed so we're starting a little bit early today the two girls I've hired are arriving at 10 a.m so I've got two hours so the first the thing that I'll start off my morning with is this like sort of daily tracking template which I'll just run through very quickly this is something stolen from like the five minute journal like you can obviously buy the journal I prefer everything digital so I just took down their questions basically and
Every morning I'll just run through this what am I grateful for what would make today great and then also like a not to-do list so it really isn't self-explanatory right the not-to-do list I think is really interesting as well though that's not from from the five-minute journal but often eliminating something can be like even more powerful yeah by not being distracted and and
Particularly like with making sure that you're focusing like on the right things like there's a saying that the essence of strategy is choosing what not to do which I think is like a really true saying it's like you want to like filter out all the crap and distraction so and and not to do to-do list and this is actually linked to I won't open this now I don't know what's going to be in there but every day I will like go through and
Fill out my like achievements and and disappointments and this will give me when I click this it will return a link of all of my disappointments and improvements that I have previously listed on previous days so I can easily use this as inspiration if like yesterday let's say that I I don't know I I spent too much time watching Netflix like whatever it may be or like I I did something wrong or there was something I wasn't happy with or something that caused me to have
A bad day I would have noted that down and it then becomes accessible to me so every day I can implement things like minor improvements to to to live a better life this is like a life design a life operating system so I'll just note them down there they think things that I do not want to do improvements I want to make and then
Also like what would make today great this is like for me it's more of like a feel-good any direction in your day what are you even working towards if you're not if you're not very clear and specific on like your goal like what is it that you want to achieve today you're sort of just running around doing nothing so I I really like this and
I will it doesn't have to be like huge things like you know for me like success is about taking like very small but consistent steps right over long periods of time if you work very hard one day per month like you're really never going to get anywhere small consistent action is going to really lead to great results so I'll just write down some things of what would make today great what would I be happy if I would make me happy if I achieved today so
This is what I fill out in the morning then I'll just write down some daily affirmations I'll generally just make this up as I go along there's nothing focus on like well no like specific thing that I write down I'll just write down like some general daily affirmations and then in the evening I'll go through this part so what happened today what could have made today even better and then I'll stick these up in my improvements tab which again they will then
Roll up into here the next days they're available to me to make further improvements these are my daily habits these are things I aim to complete every every this varies every single day by the way this is built like dynamically so depending on what day it is different so
YouTube content we're taking off the first habit early I'm just making a video now research I have a goal to like research something related to my goals every single day to even like read a minimum of two pages about like right now I'm quite interested in systems thinking so I'll probably read a bit on systems thinking as well like habits and routines and disciplines and discipline sorry are two things that I'm I I'm actively researching then
Yeah this is various different daily habits that we usually take a few minutes that I have to to keep my life in order usually we would do like a workout in the morning as well today is chest and shoulder day but as I said the gym is closed so like maybe we'll do a little like home workout of like 100 press-ups but yeah yeah we'll try and get that and then
Another one actually down here is to go through my subscriptions it's quite an interesting habit I I do this like once per week I have a subscription database I'll go through all my charges in on my bank and just just double check that there's nothing I'm being charged for that I don't that I wasn't expecting although I'm no longer using and when I have it it's done you literally just drag it across here and
Yeah here we have like the daily tasks this is what I'm going to be working on cancel NordVPN pay for some tax bill so today like the things I'm going to be doing is like in terms of this project is I'm going to be writing up documentation on how these two girls how they can start making Tinder accounts to promote OnlyFans girls so
We're going to be doing this for our the the freelance client that I said about they've hired me to build 10 Tinder accounts for each girl that they have they manage a total of five girls they're going to want about 50 Tinder accounts on top of that they're so they're paying fifty dollars per account so it's two and a half thousand dollars plus twenty dollars per month management fee so it's a nice little project for me and
Like I said they're also happy to scale up as long as they're making money from this they'll be happy to scale up infinitely so what I'm going to do is write out documentation on how the two girls who work for me how they can make these accounts without them getting banned and this is just a smart task to work on because it's going to take me about an hour to to write this out to write like quite comprehensive documentation with screenshots everything and so
On what to do what not to do everything down to naming the accounts to writing bios and then once that's done they can literally go on forever like if everything's written out in front of them so they can make a hundred accounts of a thousand accounts however many they want and it's only taken me about an hour to set this up so
This is like how I will try to like prioritize my time on tasks like this someone in like a members group that I mean actually put a really good quote the other day like it's not about how much money you're earning from a project it's about how long did it take you to earn that money if I'm going to make two thousand five hundred dollars on this I have to pay their salaries I could spend all day explaining to them sitting next to them what to
Do like micromanaging the whole situation or I can just write up this documentation it's going to take me 45 minutes to an hour to do and I'm going to make about 2 000 back off of it I can just pay one of them a little bit extra to manage the other girl who's working for me to make sure that she's working hard and so on and then
I'll probably need 15 to 20 minutes to review the stuff at the end of the day they'll put the accounts in the Airtable I'll get a little alert every time a new account is made so it's like a two thousand dollar per hour task for me I'm making two thousand dollars in in one hour because I'm approaching it like this way so and it's not a way it's just a smart way of working and I strongly suggest everyone to to try and
Like yeah think in like a simpler way I'll just show you like a I have like a sort of template for all which is like constantly making me like ask questions about how efficiently I'm working so this is like a new project template that I have yeah as we were just saying how much time goes into your project how much money goes into your project how can you optimize each one what can you do to increase revenue without increasing your time investment what can you do
To decrease your time investment whilst maintaining the current revenue and these are the types of questions that you want to be asking then also like the other question I'll constantly ask myself what do I need to do to automate this project 100 or what what would I prioritize if I can only spend one hour a week on this project and
This is just forcing you to work on the the essentials if you can only spend one hour per week on your project you have to take an approach like this of just writing up documentation and getting them to execute on it and this is a good way of working I strongly I recommend everyone to at least attempt to to do something like this so
I can also share this Notion template if people people are interested I'm constantly like adding to it as well whenever I find like new resources wisdom like whatever it is questions I want to ask myself ways of optimizing your business I'll add it into that template whenever I open up that project is then visible to me again so I will I will use that information to like trigger my thought process in what is the best way for me to to tackle this this project yeah and then
So that's going to be like the main thing and then also the only reason that's my first priority is because the girls are going to be here in two hours so I'll start on that now and then the next thing that I want to do is like a yearly review and maybe I should do a separate video on this but this will be a load of questions that I'll ask myself about what was good about the last year and then planning the next year and
This is how I will I will plan out my my next year like I said it's the 2nd of January today so we've just started a new year so again talking about like just like goal setting and productivity and making sure that you're working on the right thing every year I will go through like quite a large list of questions and this will help me to like design and
Even like understand myself what is it that I want to achieve next year what are my highest value aspirations and goals what is it that I really want out of life what will make me happy what is it that I want to achieve so I'll spend even a couple of days going through this yearly review actually I'll come back to it I will add to it and and that is what I will use to to just design my life and
Plan plan for the upcoming year I was actually planning to go away to like go and relax for a few days in like a nice hotel and do it there without any distractions but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be so I would just be I'll probably go to like a nice it's quite a nice like cafe lounge place here I'll go there with the laptop just put the headphones on and I will take time to really go through very very slowly very thoroughly and
Think through all of the questions that I have so if people are interested I can I can share a template for it that I I built out yeah so this is basically where I actually spend all of my day this is like a dashboard that I like built out for myself I actually have it up on this monitor here I'm just here for recording purposes I will spend my whole day in this dashboard and
My goal is to complete five habits per sorry five tasks per these are quick tasks they don't actually count like they're five ten minute tasks I don't count them as a task and also to complete my my habits for the day these are things that are aligned with with what I want currently with keeping my life in order yeah so I'll get started on writing up that documentation and we can check back hey guys now the end of the day and
I thought I would just like check out and I just gave like an honest rundown of everything that took place today so unfortunately the two guys they didn't come through yeah I sent them over a Stripe link to purchase me to start creating the account I'm not in a particular rush but it would have been quite nice to I've got started on that and take that off the to-do list so I'm not going to push them and
Pressure them to to sign up hopefully tomorrow is a Sunday today so hopefully Monday perhaps Tuesday they will they'll sign up and pull through and I can start working on that project to actually bring bring some income in into business also into this into this series and I'll be completely honest today was not a little bit of a disappointment but just could have been more optimized so
I spent a lot of the day working on like my yearly planning planning out the next year which was like super productive for me really good way to spend time and invest my time I executed five tasks which is like the my goal of every single day but still I it could have been more streamlined and
That was actually to do with like the two girls working with me I guess sort of have like a bit of like a disagreement just something I'll probably make another video on this because I completely like abide by by this you should be very careful about who you spend your time with you know if you hang around with five millionaires chances are like you will be the sixth whereas if you hang around with five people doing nothing chances are you you'll be the sixth one so
It's just something that I like apply in my sort of daily life and I guess something that was sort of brought to light a little bit more today like what type of people do I want to surround myself with and I think it's really quite important but on a positive note I found like a maid who's going to come in and handle a lot of like tasks around the house which frees up my time to focus on like more important things so
She's she's actually going to start tomorrow on like a trial period so we'll we'll see how that goes yeah like the point of me like making the ending of this video is I think often in entrepreneurship people are only showing like the positives and like how I don't know like the end result let's say and like you know I can go downstairs I can film like mine like two sports cars or like show off like money in the investment portfolio or whatever but
It's not the reality like this is more than reality of entrepreneurship is really quite up and down and so that's why I thought I'd like record the ending to this video so I haven't had like a bad day or like a negative day by any means but this is just like the reality of entrepreneurship things are often quite out of your control in various different ways and
Your job is to sort of it was quite a nice saying I heard before actually is to sail through like choppy waters through like stormy waters and find your way through as elegantly as possible I think that sums up the journey of like entrepreneurship quite well so you will just deal with all different types of problems there are going to be days where things don't go your way and
There are going to be days where things are like really really good I've just like signed off my like daily tracking and I've written down my like improvements and now on the following days to come this week I will make sure that I implement the improvements and learnings from so I think that's like the the only important thing if ever things that aren't going your way you just need to realize how can you avoid this from happening again and
You implement that as part of your life design and and system going forward so I'll push this out as the first episode is the end of the first day we've not brought in any any income today but that's that's just how things go one thing that I did make was a let's see if I can just bring this up I made like an automation for posting OnlyFans girls sorry I hope YouTube doesn't take this down for posting OnlyFans girls and
Like I have a database of OnlyFans we're blocked out of this account anyway essentially all it's got is it's got a referral link from me on there so anyone who signs up and clicks through I'm going to try and build the audience of this let's close out of this Twitter account up to about I don't know 100 000 followers it's really quite easy to grow accounts in like an adult niche so and I I already have all of the data and content already so
I already scraped it so there's just a bot and it's just gonna post once every hour and it's gonna promote these girls and it's also got an affiliate link attached to it I don't know how well it will do but there's just something quite easy easy to build very very minimal effort and potential to have like very very long term like it could potentially turn into a passive income stream how much it will earn I really don't know if it does end anything but
For five minutes of my time it was yeah we'll leave it there I will continue like tomorrow tomorrow every Monday and I will like reschedule a couple of things and you know I guess even going on on this point I may as well plug myself if anyone needs like some consulting some types of automations built and so on I'm happy to do it as part of this series you can book in there's a link down below and
You can just book in basically a consultation with me where we'll just go over everything that that you want built or if you just have any questions about anything else look you can buy my time and I'll give you my best best advice on whatever whatever it is you need help with and then
If you want me to actually build out some automations for you perhaps some things you've seen on this channel some things that you have ideas of I'm more than happy to take on a couple of freelance clients at the moment I've got capacity for it and then any revenue generated from that I will just be reinvesting as I said back into other streams of income that I'll be recording on this channel I'll be making investments in people to to multiply that income and then
Finally move it into into crypto and if anyone's wondering the reason that we do it in that order is because crypto there's not really a limit into how much money you can put in it but it's less like out of your control or some of these revenue streams because
I'm making money by paying people's salaries unless I have a method of making money that's infinitely scalable first off it makes sense for me to invest in the in investments I have a lot of control over if a staff member is here I am in control of that channel I can optimize it I can make improvements to it and
I'm also in control of the member of staff whereas crypto just to be completely honest it's not something that I have direct control over I can make smart investments I can follow smart people but there could be there could be a worldwide news announcement tomorrow that I'm not aware of where there's like a global ban on crypto that's a very extreme example not that I think that will happen but you understand what I'm saying crypto is very much influenced by like the news media and
General approach towards crypto long term I think it's looking very positive and you can make good money but yeah it's just something out of my control so for me it makes more sense to utilize all of the let's call them local investments that I can control directly that I have a direct impact on and then once all of my capital I have no other places to deploy my capital and these investments I have control over I will then
Start to feed out money into into crypto while simultaneously also looking for new projects I can can work on to make more money so that's like my my general strategy and and yeah and basically what you'll see going forward other than that I'm just gonna go out for dinner always good to have a little bit of balance in your not particularly good at but it's one like what I'm planning to work on this year so
I'm generally like very black or white I will just go 100 one task at a time and sort of neglect other parts of my life but this is really not a good way to live so I'm now now trying to really focus on having more like balance both in sorry across like all the spheres of my life so within money health mindset and health and
Fitness classifies the same thing also relationships relationships with friends thank you for watching as always feedback is more than welcome comment any yeah any feedback any improvements that you'd like to see and I'm I'm really looking forward to this series like I said I think it'll be a learning process for for me as much as it is for you so I'm I'm really excited to go on go on this journey
