The truth about my OnlyFans agency course

I used to sell an OnlyFans agency course. I updated it about once a year. I am replacing that with two $50-a-month communities on Skool: one for running an OnlyFans agency, and one for everything else I talk about on the channel.

About 40% of the audience never came for OFM. They came for automation, entrepreneurship, marketing. Those people get their own room.

A $50 subscription so I have to keep shipping

A course is $500, $1,000, or several thousand up front. After that payment there is no reason to ship every week. I know, because I was on that side. Once a year was the cadence. Some creators never update at all. That is not laziness as much as the incentive. The fee is already collected.

Most course sellers fill the gap with upsells. I do not like that model.

$50 a month flips it. If I stop adding information, people cancel. I have to deliver more than the month costs — call it 10x — every month. OFM changes almost monthly. A yearly PDF is the wrong shape.

We already had a Telegram group. Telegram is a messenger. It is not built for courses, SOPs, levels, or a member map. Skool is. Sam Ovens built it. Alex Hormozi is on it. I sat down with the product after someone recommended it. It was a no-brainer.

Reddit-style levels, smaller calls, and a member map

Skool scoring works like Reddit karma. Replying "great post" does not count. Useful posts get upvotes. Those points run through about 12 levels. Higher levels unlock exclusive strategies, later parts of the course, and smaller calls.

I am looking at biweekly calls for the whole room, plus smaller calls for the people who actually contribute.

There is a map plugin. Put a location on your profile if you want. Find people in your city who are on the same problem and meet in person.

The OF community already has about 180 members. The incentive is working on my side too. I have been publishing two to three videos a day in there while I set both rooms up. After that it goes weekly. There is a community manager. I am open to regular community calls if people want them.

Trend finders and a creator dashboard, no upsell

OFM Insider includes the tools we already run, not a second subscription.

Instagram Reels, TikTok, Twitter, and Threads trend finders. A mobile app and a browser app. Invite models, then track their Reels and TikTok accounts: posts per day, engagement per day, engagement rate, highest-performing posts. A daily email summary of every creator's activity, including the posts that already work. That same note can go to the creator: make more of this.

One-stop shop. In the community price.

If you want the workflows, not just the app, I walk through building the same thing in Airtable: the base, the automations, the structure. The app is for people who want model management and do not want to build. Airtable is for people who want to own the workflow.

Automation Academy: 1,300 Make.com scenarios and the Notion system

Automation Academy is four or five years late. The name is automation. The scope is everything that is not OF: Notion, productivity, workflows, programming, mindset, running a business, tax setup, travel.

I will give the Notion template plus a walkthrough of the databases and how they talk to each other. The Make account has over 1,300 automations. I have cleaned that list more than once. I will walk 100+ of the ones that actually ran in businesses — team management, tracking, the systems we used to scale. These are not "change a cell in Excel." They are the automations that let us scale real companies.

I still want you to build, not clone. The skill is seeing a job in your business and knowing it can be automated. The walkthroughs are so you can see what is actually possible.

In Notion I also keep a knowledge base on about 30 subjects: psychology, business, phrases, book highlights. There is a mindset document I read every day. Both go in. Hand them to a manager if you want the company spotting automation without you.

We use about four automation platforms, not only Make. Each one fits a different job. The other reason this is a community: technical questions. New APIs, new integrations. A hundred people building beats one person publishing a course.

Courses have a bad reputation for a reason. A subscription plus a room of operators is a better incentive than a one-time fee.

Newsletter is Newsletter. A one-off session is Consultation. Monthly coaching is Monthly Coaching.

hey guys hope you're well uh this is I think a pretty long overdue uh video to be honest uh I've been requested for a very long time uh to launch some communities and places for like-minded people um to be able to hang out you know subscribers of my channel wanted a place to kind of um congregate and collaborate together uh and I've I finally found the right tool um to do this so I'm very pleased to announce I'll be launching two communities one Tool uh one Community specifically for OnlyFans management which is of course marketing automation uh growth um

management of the agency building a team recruiting a team managing that team uh and so on and then one for automation notion life setup productivity basically everything else that I talk about on on this channel that isn't related to to OnlyFans management um I've been making videos was long before I got into OFM so about 40% of my audience are kind of people who are just interested in the like automation um entrepreneurship marketing uh side of things uh the communities are both hosted on Skool which is a platform built by Sam Ovens and Alex Hormozi uh I'm a fan and uh consumer of of of their content um

and then I actually had a a play around with the platform it was actually recommended to me by someone and I just had a play around with the platform and it becomes a no-brainer uh the platform offers like all of the functionality that you would see in like a course platform in terms of videos documents SOPs and so on uh writing out instructions uh and everything there but it just goes levels beyond that um I know that we have like the telegram group but it it's simply telegram is a messaging application and it offers like groups and kind of um

channels and so on but it like it's not specifically designed for Community uh management for building of community whereas Skool is but the biggest selling point in my opinion the thing that kind of is is making me make this transition uh well in fact it makes complete sense for a number of reasons number one the initial investment is far far lower uh for for the customer um so rather than need to pay you know $500 $1,000 or thousands of dollars for a course um you're now just paying like $50 per month or something like it is a far lower initial um commitment let's say in order to kind of get started um but the biggest reason for me is it changes the whole incentivization structure for for the Creator that is um

with a course for example the Creator publishes a course and like I update mine once per year uh with new strategies and kind of things that that we've learned but some people don't don't even do that and they're not updated at all whereas with this and the reason for that I'm not like blaming the Creator by the way is because there's no incentivization to do so um

whereas when you change to to this new model the Creator is fully and absolutely incentivized to be releasing a constant flow of new information of valuable new information for all members of that Community otherwise the customer just simply will cancel their subscription because if they join in the first month if there's no further updates or new information being added um like you have the community and the people there like themselves which I guess is a value in a sense but a lot of people need like more more up-to-date information particularly in a landscape like OF uh which is kind of ever evolving um almost like monthly there's something new or something changing um

and so on and so now the Creator is like fully uh incentivized to do that in order for people to keep paying the Creator needs to keep delivering constant value and and more like a lot more value than the subscription cost every single month so if the subscription is is $50 per month the Creator needs to be delivering like 10x that amount of value uh in order for for for it to be an incentive for someone to remain a part of of the community um whereas with like a traditional course structure it's like a fixed fee and there's really no incentive for the Creator to kind of um

keep updating the the course especially not every single week which is why we see most course creators the way that they would choose to do that is through upsells um but I'm personally not not not the biggest fan of upsells like that um also the general structure of Skool is also far better so it works on a system similar to Reddit Karma um where basically active members of the community um people who are contributing to the community I should say are actively rewarded so it's not like um

yeah it works the same as upvote so it's not like if you're just replying to comments saying like replying to post saying like great post that is not activity you want to get likes and engagement on on your post and the best way to do that Within These communities is by bringing value so if I am giving strategies to people and then someone implements that strategy and is able to share some things that they learned with that strategy as well and it gets 10 up votes let's say they can reach a new level within the community like level two level three level four which is based on up to like I think it's level 12 um based on on like the the contributions um

to the community and based on that you can unlock like specific specific perks um for example exclusive strategies we're also looking at running like smaller uh like I'm looking at doing biweekly calls for the whole Community but then also for the active participants of the community for doing like smaller I guess more like intimate um intimate calls uh and you can also unlock like different areas of of the course like higher level content based on your activity and kind of and contribution level so people are incentivized and actively rewarded um for being an active uh contributor to the community which again makes it really interesting of course things like that just aren't really possible um

within Telegram and then there's also a plugin which gives you a map uh so if I put my location on on my profile uh you can choose to fill it out or you can choose not to but it can basically put all of the community members onto a map um so that you're able to like find people in your local area connect Network uh whatever do like in person meetups with people that are in like that are solving the same problems that that you are which I also think is is incredibly incredibly valuable so already the OF Community has like 180 members in it um and just to give you an example I've been publishing about two to three videos per day in the community at the moment again because of the like incentivization structure um

just works much better for for the Creator the Creator is now incentivized to constantly publish content to continue delivering value um I've we've also built out like a mobile application uh it's available on desktop as well on uh browser as well uh with like Reels Trend finders TikTok Trend finders Twitter and threads um and I'm also currently improving a dashboard where you're basically able to invite models this is available on the mobile app or again through like uh the SAS application um where you'll be able to track all models accounts that their Reels accounts TikTok accounts um posts that they've done per day engagement per day um

engagement rate highest performing posts and then you can get like an email with like a daily summary of all the activity of your creators just sent to you and it also gives you their highest performing content it can also be sent directly to the Creator suggesting them to keep recreating content similar to this as it's already um as it's already driving results that's all included like within the community it's not a separate upsell or a separate subscription like I'm trying to build a like One-Stop shop as we would say where everything that you need it's kind of available um and and this is all stuff that we've like built out and have been been using ourselves uh for a long long long time now um

but on top of that I've also shared how you can actually build this stuff out out yourself so if you prefer to manage this within air table and build your own automations um it's all there with exactly instructions on how to do that walk through walkthroughs of building it in front of you building out the air table structure building out the automations and so on um the mobile app is more there for people who aren't interested in building out the automations and just want to focus on the like Model Management um side of things people who want like more control over the workflows um essentially um next onto the automation community so as I mentioned this one is like really really um

long overdue and I probably should have done this four or five uh years ago um as much as it's called the automation Community this is basically for everything that I talk about on my channel that is non OF related so all my other interest notion automation productivity workflows programming mindset entrepreneurship as a whole um running businesses um tax setup uh travel and like kind of travel hacks and um yeah just anything not related to OF that I kind of talk about and that I'm interested in that will be where that is hosted so I've been asked for a long time for my my notion template um

so I'll be giving that away with like along with an entire walkthrough of the different databases how everything actually comes together and and interacts with each other um in my make account I've got over 1,300 automations that I've built over the years and that's not even all of them because I've actually cleaned out that the um list of automations a couple of times um but I'm going to go through through like the most interesting ones um like some of the most interesting ones when I say some of them I mean like 100 plus of them giving an overview of how we've actually applied automation uh over the last kind of five years or so um and it's not like kind of basic simple things that um

of like how to change something in Excel and so on these are real world automations I have used in real businesses and used to build and scale real businesses across the years like these are the automations that have enabled us to scale things from Team Management tracking systems like everything that we have kind of used that I feel is valuable to it to be shared um I will completely walk through templates air table database um workflows I use for optimizing uh my my own life um

and going through with like templates uh to those as well but of course I do encourage you to actually build it yourself rather than just following the template as the most value comes is when you actually acquire the skill of being able to build automations but also being able to spot opportunities for automation so opportunities within your business where you know that is something that that you can actually automate that is where like the real kind of superpower um comes from so the purpose of like walking through all these automations that I've built before is to kind of get inspiration to see what is actually possible to automate what do we actually automate in in real world businesses um

in my notion system I've also got a knowledge base that contains my learnings on about 30 different subjects so psychology business um there's things on like particular sayings and phrases and quotes that I've collected over the years there's all types of stuff so it's all of my notes from basically different books that I've um that I've read and I've taken the key highlights and then they're categorized into different knowledge um topic so it has like my kind of highest level thinking on all of these different subjects sharing those um as as well there's also a mindset document that I shared before that people were very interested in that I read every day to kind of try to to program my my mind to operate in a particular way um

and again I just think this is just incredibly valuable even to give like the automation course for example or to give like these resources to to to members of your teams so that all of your organization has an understanding of automation again I just think that you're like unlocking superpowers uh within your business even if you didn't do the whole organization but for example management has then a technical understanding and are able to look for opportunities to automate for you within your business be it in team management or setting up new strategies again automation can kind of plug in and be applied anywhere um

we also go over like a lot of different tools that I use for automation so it's not just limited to to to make but um there are there are about four different platforms that that we use actively for building out automations and they each kind of have their own pros and cons and fit within specific different uh areas um and then the other massive benefit is like for the technical questions um so I think just Community is going to work so so well for this that people are able to share things with each other to support each other on how different Integrations can come together with new API and tools that they have discovered that they've integrated into their workflows um

again this is this is all just stuff that I have uncovered and built myself that I am sharing if we have hundreds of people within this community um all of them as well integrating these things and learning how to build automations and contributing as well 100 Minds is is far better than one um and as well like the the Skool Maps plugin as well so as I mentioned like you're able to see on the map all of the other people in the community as well and connect with people within your um like local area as well people solving similar challenges to you are I do also believe is um incredibly valuable so genuinely I'm very uh excited about this um

honestly after like seeing these platforms for myself like I said I was recommended them and I was just kind of sitting down there playing around with with them not expecting it to to really go any anywhere um but it just instantly clicked for me that this is the best move to make particularly in terms of like moving away from courses I truly truly believe this is going to be or if not already is and we're kind of witnessing it happening uh the future of of online um

education courses often get like a a very bad rep for a number of of different reasons and I really feel that this structure of consuming information and networking with people in this way solves a lot of the problems that the courses kind of of suffer from and as well with the changes as I mentioned to the like incentivization structure um for the Creator the Creator delivers a lot more value and a lot more consistent value which I think is a much better place to to operate from um so that is my um yeah reason for kind of making this this transition over um as as always I'll put the the links below um

and yeah this is something that I'm kind of actively working on at at the moment so I'm uploading new content every single day into both of these communities uh to kind of set them up and then I will be moving into more like weekly uploads and we're also uh we've got a community manager in there as well so also very open to feedback in terms of things that people would like to see um like specifically for the communities whether it's things like doing uh Community calls uh on a regular basis is uh very open to everything like that so yeah uh thank you for watching and hope to see you on the other side
