Hey guys I get quite a lot of questions at the moment on what it's actually like to run an OnlyFans agency what are the responsibilities what are like the biggest challenges in growing an OnlyFans profile in managing an agency and there's also quite a lot of misconception about what the what like the struggles are so I just thought I would run through like my what like a day is like in the life of of an OnlyFans agency manager and yeah and clear up some of the.

Rumors about the structure that you have in an OnlyFans business so the first biggest misconception I think people have is believing that it's hard to find and recruit girls and it really isn't that has never been like the struggle of the business for me even now I have two two to three girls reaching out to me per day who have found like my YouTube videos on like growing out OnlyFans profiles and they have tried OnlyFans themselves and then they are asking can I start OnlyFans.

Are you partnering with people at the moment they're just applying to to join our agency so of course that helps like that I have a little bit of an audience and so on and that I can be found by YouTube and of course it's going to help if you have like access to women in in real life like through one way or another is going to make the job much faster but it's also like very easy just by just going out and dating meeting girls in.

Real life like i've recruited multiple women and they're actually some of like my best performers as much as we do I work with models remotely who are like international as well I do find it far easier to manage girls who are in in the same country as me it's just much more easy for me to make them successful so some of our best performers are actually local women but we do work internationally as well but yeah I often get like guys in in the inbox kind.

Of offering saying that they have access to 30 women who all want to start OnlyFans and that's not really delivering any value it's really not very hard to find the girls the difficulties in is in growing out the profiles that is the hard part so yeah just to I don't know go for a general like day-to-day structure like I have all of the processes and i've built out the teams to put everything like in place for this to be a pretty automated in fact an almost.

Entirely automated income stream for me like the marketing campaigns from model to another are pretty like copy and paste like following the a few like minor adjustments and tweaks depending if the niche of the model is changing but generally you can just copy and paste and like literally replicate one strategy across all of your girls so it is quite easy to actually build up processes build out teams to execute on on the marketing campaigns and marketing strategies but it definitely wasn't always like that it took.

Quite a lot of time for us to to figure out like what are like the most effective channels and to optimize the channels and build up processes to make sure that we waste like as small of amount of time as possible so as an agency I guess let's get into the core focus of what does an agency actually do in my eyes the key responsibility of our agency is to make the model as successful as possible acquiring the minimum amount of input from her so we.

Will try to make the we will try to make OnlyFans as passive as possible for her whilst maximizing the amount of income that we can make both for her and for us because we work on a 50% commission basis so our interests are like mutually aligned and the way that we do that is we will put a team on board to manage each like OnlyFans model that we work with so we have a team of 24 7 chat who are assigned to the account so we.

Can look at that as like a sales team we then also assign to like full-time marketers who will handle all of the social media profiles I mentioned before we make like about 80 Instagram accounts per model we will also do a ton of dating profiles um Tinder Bumble Badoo and a couple of other like smaller up-and-coming dating apps that we're playing around with so we do a lot of like content repurposing and republishing on all of these different platforms um and there's nothing it's just like.

Labor intensive work we can say there's nothing that is overly complicated or is running like a social media marketing agency but you are managing the product like in-house it is very like social media intensive in terms of growing out these accounts the only thing that isn't social media related on the promotional aspect is going to be the sales team and they are logged into the account and they are pretending to be the model so any customers who are subscribing to the account when they're messaging in.

Sending in their dick pics and so on thinking that they're getting dick ratings for it from the model they're not at all we've got a team out here in our office in in Eastern Europe who are handling all of the messages all of the upsells all of the sales and again it just makes me think like what a funny business that this really is but you also I don't think you'll find many other opportunities like OnlyFans where for example we can sell in some cases we're.

Sending like feet pictures for 180 like 250 dollars even for a video and i'm I just think OnlyFans is such a unique opportunity what other business can you come up with where you can make a product that you can sell for 250 at a 100 profit margin because there's no expense for her to take a feet picture and just literally be able to launch that product with a day which is why I love like OnlyFans as a business like I I really do as much as.

It's a strange business like from a financial point of view I think it is such a great opportunity and the other like kind of misconception is that generally the model isn't the biggest focus for us isn't actually the adult content adult content is about 20 of the content production that they will do our job is to handle literally everything so we will handle the sales and marketing legal side of things we try to handle accounting as much as possible but it does get a little bit.

Complicated when we have like right now we're working with models in about 17 different countries so that does get a little bit hectic you need an accountant with like international expertise in all these different regions but we will try to cover like the entire process and free up the model so that she only has to focus on content production in terms of content production we have a list that gets sent over to the model and each model is assigned an account manager and the account manager.

Works internally with us they're the direct point of communication between between our company and the model and so they handle all communication between the chatters who are assigned to the account between the social media team who are managing the account and the account manager is also like hands-on as well they will help out within various different teams just to make sure that they have a real understanding of what's going on they will also review um messages from the chatters to make sure that we're fitting in.

With the with the models like personality and tone of voice is actually actually quite a big thing as well we don't want them to sound like robotics so we for example have a girl who's in like findom, financial domination and of course we need to make sure that she is sounding very dominant and we are that the chatters are living up to or sorry talking matching that particular model's brand and tone of voice so yeah that's like their main responsibility and the other responsibility the account.

Managers have is to make sure that the models stay up to date with their content production with providing us with all of the content that that we need as an agency in order to be able to fulfill our like promotional requirements we just need the girl to be a content machine and to to keep firing over content to us so that is and then we will handle all of the promotion and distribute that across a ton of different marketing channels what are the downsides of the.

OnlyFans the biggest downsides are also like the biggest upside so the upside is like working with the girls and how easy that is to sell as a product but the biggest downside is the management of the girls particularly if you're managing girls who are working remotely a lot of it is like managing expectations so we have a general earnings expectations with all of our girls if they follow our process which would be like in the first month they would earn I don't know three to five.

K it's not going to be huge money but in the second month we'd be expecting around the 10k mark in the third month about 20k even up to 25 in some cases in the fourth month up to 40k and by like month six we're looking at bringing in 50 to 60k per month and that is quite like realistic earning earnings potentials as long as the model is able to consistently provide you with content really it's not about like we have like our OnlyFans group as part.

Of the course like a mastermind group I guess it is and a lot of guys will post in their models that they have found asking if she is good enough quality maybe perhaps they're not sure if she's good looking enough or if she fits the yeah if she'll be successful on OnlyFans and really it doesn't actually come down to like I put looks second like you you don't want to be managing like a 10 out of 10 supermodel who's unresponsive and doesn't provide you with any.

Content and isn't fast to provide you with custom videos and content that you need and so on you will make much more money with a much more like regular looking girl that we can say again like it's not about having a super model it's much more about what is the work ethic and the attitude of of the girl that you're working with are they committed to creating the promotional content that you need how responsive are they to like the custom video requests how much content are.

They actually able to to create for you if a model comes on with if she has an Instagram with a few hundred thousand followers then okay that does change things slightly but if we're talking about generally what we offer to all of our OnlyFans girls which is a level of anonymity we will create only Instagram accounts for them from scratch we'll create all of their social media from scratch which is what we offer as a as an agency if a supermodel is starting from zero of.

Us and then we have a regular looking girl who is also starting from zero Instagram followers the person who will make the more money the model who will make the more money is going to be the one who is most committed to creating the content that we need it's it's not going to be down to this looks at all it's literally going to be down to how committed they are to the opportunities so the biggest part of the job is actually the motivational aspect kind of.

Keeping the models committed because I just explained our numbers in month one we're not going to be turning over like crazy money and often in often cases like the model is expecting that they can do a like minimal amount of work and they're going to pull in 10 20 30k per month and it's not the case at all OnlyFans has huge earnings potentials but it's not just going to come on your lap perhaps like a few years ago when there was like far less competition but.

Now it's really like a hyper competitive marketplace and if you go on like Reddit for example on the adult subreddits it's just literally tons of OnlyFans content creators fighting fighting for a position like fighting for attention and you're going to be a part of that market which is why generally I don't focus on Reddit as like an acquisition channel we try and find more creative like early stage early stage platforms where all of the OnlyFans creators haven't quite jumped over there it's like a key key.

Focus for me anyway but yeah like a big part is the like emotional management we can say of keeping the model motivated particularly for the first like 60 days once we're past that point and we've built up the initial momentum that is when we would really start to see results but they are like the critical that is like the critical period in in getting a model on board the biggest and most time-consuming and hardest factor in the OnlyFans business is managing the girls directly it really.

Is keeping them committed to the opportunity and keeping them motivated like keeping them consistently generating content we need multiple pieces of content every day after about 90 days we have like a media vault within OnlyFans so we actually don't need much custom content from them at all but we would still need content on the promotional side of things because OnlyFans also see such a high churn rate as much as it is a subscription business generally because these guys are making making an emotional purchase we can.

Say once they have finished satisfying themselves they will often go ahead straightaway and cancel the subscription and of course there are like things that you can put in place to reduce the cancellation rate but regardless it is it's an extremely high cancellation rate if we look at some other like recurring income businesses like it's generally 30 to 40 on on OnlyFans which would be considered an extremely high churn rate in any other subscription-based business which is why there's always a lot of emphasis on constantly bringing.

In new customers the other point like I always find is it's much much better to be like completely honest and completely transparent with the models from day one explaining to them like the OnlyFans really has a compounding effect like you're not going to become rich there's no way that we can make you like a millionaire overnight even if things go very well on um like the best that i've ever done with launching an OnlyFans model was in the first few days we had her doing about.

500 per day but that was actually like a one-off case she did about 15k in her first month but it was that was an anomaly generally like in the setup process we're expecting the girls to do about 100 to 200 dollars per day towards the end of the first month they should be approaching about 200 per day in in income but then you have the subscriptions from last month plus you've already started to build up like you're the social proof on the profile you've built up.

The audience a little bit it's starting to look like a more credible OnlyFans account and that is why we see such astronomical growth when you compare like the month or month activity on OnlyFans in terms of other I don't know some other like kind of rumors and stuff to go over as well so yeah the number one the thing that I see like all the time do not focus on having the best looking girl focus on having the most committed girl you want the models who.

Are very committed to creating content they're hard working they're not lazy they're in it for the long term because that is where the money is made the money is made as if the girl is committed for six months a year two years that is where you're going to start pulling in like the crazy income so look for long-term committed women rather than like a 10 out of 10 supermodel who has like multiple sugar daddies on the side and is occupied with like multiple other ventures she's.

Just not able to give the at least in my experience like the full-on attention that is needed in this opportunity so yeah look for like the hard-working girls that are really committed to OnlyFans and you'll see like much higher income compared to going for just like the the best looking girls who aren't responsive and are always busy of course if you can find like a beautiful model who is like fully committed to OnlyFans absolutely go for it but it's yeah it's gonna be quite hard to.

Find but often I see guys like turning away opportunities that they definitely shouldn't be there's a misunderstanding and misconception about who is going to be like the best performing type of of model the other like real misconception that I see like all the time is guys worrying about girls like running off with the money and because the OnlyFans account is in their name and we're like linking so we like have a contract with all of our models but we've never actually had a situation where we.

Had to enforce the contract with with any of our girls because they can see that we are okay so another point to make sorry just before going on to that generally I only try to work with girls who have attempted OnlyFans themselves they weren't successful at it maybe they brought in a couple of thousand dollars that generally I try to work with creators who have tried OnlyFans themselves and they didn't quite get the results that they want and then they come to me asking can you.

Help me to grow on OnlyFans and the reason that I love that is because they never question our value they know that they're not able to do it themselves and that it's not easy to grow in OnlyFans profile so they're fully aware of the value that we bring to the table whereas if you start working with a new creator who has never done any fans before and you start growing her account very quickly she thinks it's very easy to do and she thinks oh I can.

Just go and do this myself which isn't the case and they will fail um but of course it's quite hard to communicate that to the girls so when you're working with creators that have tried OnlyFans themselves before your value is never up for question which is like a real positive for me anyway so I nowadays I only work with creators who have tried OnlyFans themselves before and yeah I hear a lot of like guys who are like worried about oh what if the girl runs off.

With the money and i've never had it happen as long as you're delivering value and keep bringing in new customers and you're growing the OnlyFans account there's no sense in the girl running away anywhere you're growing the profile for them and there's such a high cancellation such a high churn rate unless the model is able to continue the acquisition channels that you've set up she isn't at least in in our cases there's absolutely no way that they are they would lose about 80 percent of the.

Subscribers within two months they would literally be back down where they started again like as much as we're not stupid at all and we will use like a joint bank account like i'm I I get so many messages asking about like the banking and the financial side of things and how to make sure that people don't get scammed whereas how to make sure that you don't get scammed as an agency whereas if you just redirected that attention into making sure that you deliver a great service.

To to your models and you focus on growing their account and putting together a great campaign for them there's no reason for them to ever run away or ever question your value at all because you need to keep bringing new subscribers to the OnlyFans page yeah there's as an agency you do deliver you you deliver a huge amount of value to the OnlyFans page which is why you're able to it's why we're able to charge a 50% commission because we delivered that much value that if.

An OnlyFans goal was to do this themselves we generally see like a 5 to 10x increase on when we take over managing managing an account so for them to give away 50% it still works out way better because they we could just grow the account so much further than they ever can nothing being taken away from like the models at all is just because we have a team here we assign multiple people to the account and I have a very extensive background in social media.

Marketing not to mention we've launched like a ton of OnlyFans models we just have the experience we have the team and we have the resources to be able to grow these accounts which most people simply haven't got access to so yeah don't worry so much about the banking the security and having I don't know being like too like an over controlling or missing out on an opportunity because of that as long as you deliver value and are able to grow the OnlyFans page there's no like.

We've never had a situation where a model ran off with trying to even leave the contract and like on top of the only situation we have had actually and this is one thing to watch out for is when if a model gets like a boyfriend that is the only situation I have had and the boyfriend believed that he could do it himself and and they went off and tried to to do it together they didn't run away with any money but they basically one believed they.

Could do it themselves within 30 days she was applying again to like to rejoin the agency because they realized it's not quite as easy as they originally anticipated but yeah that's literally the only situation i've had like that and even now I get a load of when I say I have girls reaching out to me like every day to manage their accounts in a lot of cases it's actually boyfriends who have tried managing their girlfriends on OnlyFans and they weren't able to grow the account or.

At least not to the results that they were expecting and then they find me on YouTube and they ask if I can manage their girlfriend which i've been doing as well and it often works quite well actually to partner with a couple because the boyfriend can also help on the management side of things in terms of making sure that the girl stays committed so we have about four or five partnerships like that actually which which uh are really going quite well yeah other than that i.

Think that's most of the questions as well people were asking as well about a contract so yeah we have a contract with every single model that we take on but it's not it's just to make everything official number one as an agency you need written permission to be able to sell a girl's naked pictures online or else you could very easily get hit with a revenge porn is it I can't remember what it is but a legal case with them saying that she didn't give you.

Permission to sell the pictures online so of course you need a contract just for your own protection and and then you just have an agreement that we take 50% commission so there's there's a template contract like in included like in the course as well for anyone who is interested it's written for a UK company like i'm we use a UK company that is officially registered as a modeling agency which is what this is it's based off a standard modeling contract where the girl is working for.

You and you are acting as the agency managing the OnlyFans profile and of course the girl is giving you permission to be able to use her pictures in a commercial sense yeah other than that yeah a with a UK company because because i'm british but it could just as easily be like adjusted to a US company or anywhere else in the world I think that was everything and most of the points anyway like the first two points were like the most frequently recurring ones which is.

Just why I wanted to come yeah go over them and I just think only fantastic just such huge potential it's such like a unique opportunity and such a almost like the perfect the only negative is in the adult industry but that's also a positive because the thing that i've learned so well is that sex is like the easiest thing to sell the conversion rates are just insane these guys are spending money on absolutely anything like you've if you go through some of these inbox i've never.

Seen anything like it the amount of money that we're able to make just from talking to these guys but yeah the only negative for me is like the businesses have a much lower exit value so if I ever was to like sell this agency it's going to be at a like significantly discounted valuation purely because it's an adult business but other than that I really love the opportunity that OnlyFans has provided and there's a ton of room for people who can come in and treat the.

Opportunity professionally who can approach it as a professional not get caught up in going around and trying to sleep with all of the models but really approach it as a business that you are a marketing agency you work very closely with these girls in a very professional capacity you handle all of the promotion and yeah this is just it's such a great opportunity and there's a ton of so there's a ton of money to be made but if you can take it like a step up.

And approach it as like a professional put all of these different systems in place like the 24 7 chatting and so on perfect the social media marketing aspect it is like a license to print money I do not know of any other easier way to make money perhaps other than like launching an NFT or even now it's not great we're going to be waiting at least two years until until that becomes like a money printer again but only other benefit actually is it remains like consistent.

Even throughout a recession which we're going through now it doesn't stop guys being horny and like simping over these girls so it's a surprisingly so it's a quite a stable industry that even like times of hardship even during lockdown was actually one of the best periods for OnlyFans when these guys were locked at home and they weren't able to get like female attention by going out and so on it was actually one of the best periods for OnlyFans yeah as much as I didn't want another.
