New AI tools: OpenClaw financial manager, TikTok trend scraper, Notion life manager

Hey guys, today going to go over some of the stuff that I've been working on building. I've been so impressed by AI this week. I asked I'm just going to show you this. I just gave a prompt of like I want to record a video for like some of the things that I've been talking about. And I actually thought it was going to use Excalidraw, which is something that I've been using as an MCP. and I just went away and I've come back and it's built a website I'm to go through all of the notes that I made for you what I built this week. These are the topics that we're going to be going over.

So, first off, we'll go over Excalidraw. I'm sure that many of you are familiar with Excalidraw. I used it in my previous video. They have actually now made a integration with Claude. So, so this is going to use Excalidraw MCP and it's going to open up a new chat for me. And so I I've always been like a kind of visual thinker. And I do like Excalidraw because it it's basically visual. It's like a mind mapping tool. I would just use it to jot down and expand on ideas. They did have some AI capabilities, but it wasn't really that good. But now this is going to make an Excalidraw view. I haven't got control of it. It automatically moves the viewer around itself. But basically, you can brainstorm ideas and map out marketing strategies, decisions you want to go over. It's fully interactive as well. So, I can continue to type. So, like what are some good landing page conversion rate optimization strategies for you? Ah, it's even added them already. So, it said about AB testing and like a social proof widget. So look again, it's just writing out all of this and you can actually edit it yourself as well. Once it finishes working, you can actually click in and change the text or like reorganize things and then you can also export it to the only thing that isn't good here is you need to export and import into your Excalidraw account. So this storage is ephemeral, meaning it doesn't stay there once you start a new chat. you will lose all of this unless you click export and then import it in. So I think that is an update that they will do like I hope that they do soon. But a great tool and I I've spent hours in here cuz now having a brainstorming partner and again with my thinking doing a lot of things through a chat interface often isn't the best way. This is giving you like a diagram of the different areas that you can branch out into. Really great tool. So that's Excalidraw MCP and it's open source and free to use. You just need the a Claude subscription. I'll put it in the link, but you can find it on GitHub and you just do like a one-click install into Claude Code.

Next thing I'm going to introduce you to is Google Stitch. I'm going to give the command. You can choose do you want an app or web design. Make me a meditation app. I've done this already, but we can just let it run. It will take about a minute to do. And the thing that I really like about this is the designs that it comes out with, but it's also interactive. So, I was actually using Figma's AI before, but I would say that this really does beat it. So, you can pick the model as well. You can use the Nano Banana Pro as well. This is being built with Thinking Pro. I'll just go back to all projects and show you. So the great thing about it is for kind of going over your idea, I can click into this, I can modify it and it's attached the screenshot here. So I can say like change the color theme. I actually really like the color theme. I think this is a one prompt as well. Can you make me a UI for a meditation app? And this is what it came back with. It's really quite good. I can go in and change the text. So it's like a fully interactive experience and you can build out on it. I can say build out more pages, whatever I wanted to do. Really nice. Again, it's free to use, really good output.

So now I've been whenever I have an idea for something now for a project. Before you had to hire a designer or a front-end developer, do the design yourself, whereas now arguably it was quicker to do it in Claude Code or in Codex in GPT just to knock up a front end for you and just kind of go from there. Now with this, it's much faster. The outputs are actually better. You don't need to mess around with making the HTML. You can refine your ideas. If you have an idea for a project, it helps to get it down on paper, map out and get a visual understanding of how you want it to look. This is a great tool for doing that. You can export it to Figma. You can export the code. You literally copy it, paste it into Claude Code, into whatever it is you're using. They've got an MCP server as well. But yeah, I've just been doing code to clipboard and then you just paste it. It's just HTML and CSS and then you can paste it into Claude Code or Codex or whatever it is that you're using and it will take over from there and build out whatever you need. Go back into my website that Okay, that was Google Stitch.

The next thing that I'm going to show you is I I've completely forgot the name of it now, but anyway, it was about $30 per month. I didn't think it was doing the best job of finding the most viral clips. So, this is my OpenClaw agent. What I've now got him to do is to go through my YouTube videos. Here's some examples of some of the outputs. It will make shorts and clips. His instructions are to go through the videos, look for the most viral clips and turn them into shorts. Here's some examples of the outputs. It It's not perfect, but it does understand if it's picture-in-picture. It will kind of try to maybe this is a better example. It will identify my face and put that at the top 30% of the screen. It's going to try to come up with a good title that drives engagement and stops people scrolling. And then on the bottom half, it's going to put the actual video itself. So, this is me going back and forth with the agent and building it out. But basically, I've replaced this tool that I was using before. I also integrated thumbnail generation using Nano Banana Pro. It tries to write an SEO optimized description. It makes tags. And here's some examples of some of the thumbnails that it came out with and that it will attach. It tries to make tags and it attaches it and it automatically uploads to YouTube through the YouTube data API. So, it will schedule those posts. So, it's designed to make clips and also short form. So, it will upload them to another channel, but they're not shorts. They're in a landscape format. It will upload a title, a description, and tags there and look for subsections of of the video that it can upload onto another channel.

I'm not going to go into all of the details of this now, but many of you will be familiar with the August Bradley PPV system, the Notion system that I was working on for a long time. I think is so interesting about these tools is how you interface with these. It's far easier to interface with these tools through Telegram than needing to open Notion and navigate into different pages. It's just so much easier. So as much as like the Notion system is still there because Notion still acts as a backend database, my templates have been turned into skills within OpenClaw. So I do daily, morning and evening check-ins, weekly reviews, monthly reviews, quarterly reviews, yearly reviews. By the way, if you want to see very rapid success in your life, I would encourage you to use a life operating system like this. For full transparency, I don't use it all of the time. Mostly because I'm not disciplined enough. I'll go through different stages of intensity of work and how kind of motivated I am. That does shift. Like right now, I'm very much in work mode and just kind of working every day and pretty much disregarding other responsibilities I have in my life. But that does shift in summer. I can often take a few months off or be a bit more relaxed. If you want to see very very rapid progress in your business and in your personal life, at least for me, the most rapid progress I've ever had is by following life operating systems. You don't need to follow mine. You can go and find one that kind of works for you online. I would definitely suggest you to look into August Bradley. You can look at his YouTube channel. In my opinion, he's one of the best systems thinkers. And then my Notion system uses his as a foundation, but I've pulled in inspiration from different people. For example, a lot of Naval Ravikant's work, I like to incorporate into my Notion system, but also books that I've read, videos I've watched. Anything that I find interesting that a good way to structure and live your life, I've kind of incorporated into my system.

But the other great thing is that it's now interactive. So, previously I had to open the Notion system, navigate to the right page, fill out everything. And not that it's hard to do, it's just minor bits of friction. Whereas now you can have an agent proactively message you saying, "It's time for your morning review. Have you done these habits yet? You mentioned that this is a really important goal for you to complete this week. Let's set aside some time today." It's got access to your calendar so it can schedule things automatically for you. So this replaces Motion AI scheduling app. It can automatically put everything onto your calendar. It's kind of like suggestions. You've got a time block here of like 4 hours free. you said that this was important to you to complete this week. I've gone ahead and proactively scheduled this on your calendar for you. The other like kind of funny thing that you can play around with is the personality type of the agent. So you can give a prompt for example of like you need to have the personality of like a drill instructor or Andrew Tate if you want a bit more like tough what's the word like tough love keeping you on track with your goals. Or else you can do like a more kind of like whatever personality type you want. So you can have a drill instructor on your back messaging you every couple of hours. It knows all of your goals, what you wanted to get done this week, and it does its best to keep you on track. Of course, this is just a Telegram bot, but this is so interesting. Kind of like a life coach, and it it goes into like another area.

I'll come back up to this other stuff in a minute, but I really think that education is changing now. Previously, people would buy courses, watch videos online, and I think that it's going to move away from that. It's going to be AI agents teaching you. Of course, you can learn so much from like natively, you know, Claude Opus or GPT 5.2 or whatever your preferred model is just by asking it because it is trained on human knowledge. But for getting more specific, for example, I could make my own AI agent, train it on my knowledge base of all of the marketing things that we've learned over the past maybe the past like two to three years because it's kind of more relevant. Everything does evolve very quickly. And you could make that I could charge whatever $50 per month for people to be able to message that agent and have it help them in everything. Because for any of you who haven't ran like a course or community before, you deal with all different levels of people. I ran like a OF OnlyFans community before to help like agency owners and you had people who were coming into the group who had run multi-million dollar businesses before and you had people coming in who had never spoken to a woman before. Genuinely, I helped a guy with this for about 3 months to recruit his first creator. It was almost like teaching him the basics of communication and I mean not pickup but just like getting over his anxiety. You have people at all these different levels and other people don't actually see this. I replied to all messages myself and handled everything myself. I was working with all different levels of people. It takes a lot of patience when you get the same question of how do I get a US audience on TikTok for the thousandth time. I'd actually made a specific video on this in the program to stop getting it. But, you know, people always opt for an easy option. Rather than watching the video, they'll just post it in the Telegram group. Whereas, if there was an AI agent that everyone would be able to message and get the answers to these questions for rather than needing to sit through a 10-minute video to find the exact question that they're asking for. This would be really clever. You could literally train it on the video content in the course. Not only that, you could also do calls with it and voice notes. So, I think that we're going to see a massive shift in terms of how education happens.

The next thing to go on to is like TikTok. It's not really a trend finder. It's kind of like an investment finder. If anyone isn't familiar, there's a gentleman named Chris Camillo. He's been on quite a few podcasts. He turned $20,000 into something like 60 or 80 million, but it changes all the time. And a lot of it was done through analyzing trends in TikTok comments for investment opportunities. He says that he does this manually. I would be quite surprised. But anyway, I just built out a bot to go and scrape all of this information off of TikTok. It costs $12 for 1.5 million requests. It's got access to the recommended feed. So, it finds recommended videos, goes through the comments, and tries to identify basically built off of Chris Camillo's strategy because the way that I actually built this, I copied a video of a podcast he was on, gave it to my AI agent and said, "I want you to rebuild out a system exactly as this guy explains. I haven't found any investment opportunities yet, but it's running in the background. We'll see what happens with that."

The next one is an AI financial an analyst that I built out myself. So this is using an application called Fintable. I'm not going to go into the actual Airtable because it's got all of my transactions and some questionable subscriptions in there. This is Fintable. It's $7 per month and it will sync everything over. If you want to use Airtable, it does Airtable and it can also sync over to Excel. So basically what my agent does is it goes through every single transaction I have. It groups it by category, whether it's travel, software spending, staying in hotels, rent, eating out at dinner, taxis, my expenditure, at least last month, was pretty shocking. So, it goes through everything there and I tell it to ruthlessly reduce my expenses. So, it's like having a financial coach or like a financial analyst. It can build graphs and charts of what's raising in which particular area. I think the Fintable syncs hourly. I can't remember exactly what I set it up to do. This anyway gets synced over to Airtable and then I've got a weekly audit that it does. So, this runs on the cron job every week. It goes through all of my transactions and gives me a report. It lets me know about subscriptions that are renewing because it also has access to my emails as well. So, it can also see subscriptions that I've taken out. It can automatically unsubscribe from subscriptions. It suggests me ways to reduce my expenses. I think it's probably saved me about $3,000 over the course of a year in terms of the like subscription cancellations and so on and things that were like unnecessarily there. It also looks for SaaS subscriptions that I have that it feels it can easily replace or rebuild for me.

Here's an example of one of them here. Ghost Blog. Ghost is like a a CMS platform. It's pretty good actually. I do like it. If you want API access, it becomes $30 per month. So, it's not expensive, but it's $360 per year. And bearing in mind that no one reads my blog, it's kind of just a waste of money. It identified this. This is costing $360 per year. I can reduce this because Ghost Blog is open source. And it said, I can self-host this. It found a hosting service. It's specifically designed to host open-source products. It was $220 per month for shared hosting. I had to enter my credit card details and give it the API key, but then it automatically migrated all of my content that was on my old blog over to the new blog, cancelled the subscription. So that brought me down from $360 per year down to $22 per year. Then also what it set up as part of the YouTube shorts bot, one thing that I've actually forgot to include in here, it also summarizes my YouTube videos and turns them into blog posts. So like an example of that is over here. So this is the blog that it moved to and it's set up. This is all generated with AI. So it takes the thumbnail, it puts it on there, it embeds the YouTube video. Everything that you see here, it's just a summary of the YouTube video, all written with AI. So we'll see if I start to get some search traffic through that. And yeah, that is pretty much it. They're like the main tools. I really love this Excalidraw tool, by the way. It's really nice tool to work with. So, I'd encourage you to look into that as well. I hope that this was interesting and insightful. I'm trying to keep this focused on things that I'm actually using in the real world. What I'm actually using to build stuff. This isn't hypothetical. I'm spending over $1,000 per month now on subscriptions. I'm on two GPT Pro subscriptions that are $200 per month each. I've got Claude. I've got Gemini. And then also I have to constantly top up Codex because I keep hitting my usage limits even on their highest plan. So I'm really really quite actively building at the moment. There's also a Telegram group by the way that I set up called the Agentic Engineering Club for anyone who's doing AI vibe coding and about 250 people have joined so far that I was pretty surprised by. So I'll put that in the description as well.

Also one other thing to go over is what's currently going on in the world. I don't really have any comment from a political point of view or what I think is right or wrong. The only things I would say is it kind of just highlights, you know, who who was expecting a strike in Dubai. I think like 99% of us weren't. It was very very unexpected. I hope that everyone is safe. I know that a portion of my audience is out in Dubai. The place where one of the missiles hit on the palm is 2 minutes away from my favorite place to stay in Dubai. The thing that I think it highlights is how quickly things can change, the importance of needing control, having multiple bases, having money so that you're able to move around. Like the airspace is closed off at the moment. So pretty much the only way if you wanted to to be able to get out. I'm not saying that people need to or like this is to cause some panic, but you want access to money if you really needed to. That you are one of the people that is able to get onto a private jet or onto a plane out of somewhere if you really need to. So for like sovereignty, control over your own life. I hope everyone is safe and well and that there's no further escalation. It highlights the importance of things can change so quickly. We saw this with COVID how quickly we went from living a normal life to the streets being empty and now we've gone back to everything being normal again. Our generation hasn't experienced at least I haven't like anything like a a war or a kind of global shutdown. Things can really escalate very quickly like your life can change very very fast. So yeah, just it just highlights the importance of you need freedom and control over your own.
