I turn one TikTok into 30 unique videos
Talking head on the top half, gameplay on the bottom. That is the viral TikTok format. It is not decoration. TikTok treats the stacked file as unique, so the same talk can go out again and still get a new shot at the feed.
Clients pay us for that job. I call it the Andrew Tate strategy: mass short-form distribution. Businesses, and people growing a personal profile, send a pile of clips. The team used to edit them by hand — change metadata, stack gameplay under the talk. It worked. It was slow.
Same job on OnlyFans. TikTok is a major traffic source. Some of the newer strategies need a lot of TikTok accounts with over 1,000 real followers. Fake will not do. Growing those accounts needs a lot of unique files. I built the bot so the team stops cutting this by hand.
Gameplay under the talking head is what TikTok treats as unique
The clips you scroll past — Andrew Tate or whoever on top, random gameplay underneath — exist because the platform scores the composite as a new file. One talk, many bottoms, many unique uploads. That is the whole product.
Three
Airtable tables: source accounts, gameplay, output
Table one is the accounts we pull from. I can add thousands of TikTok profiles. The bot downloads every clip on those profiles, no watermark, into a second table of originals. Then it merges each original with a gameplay file.
I also pull created time, play count, shares, and comments. One example on camera: 31,000 views, 16 shares, 24 comments. I am not using that data yet. The filter I want is: only run this on videos above N views.
Table three is the gameplay. I cut 28 clips myself, quickly — backend first, quality later. Random gameplay. I may replace them with better ones. You can load thousands. Every source video is run against that set.
Design target is 30 unique files per source video. I said 30, then 20, then 28 for the pile I actually cut. Thirty is the number the pipeline is built around. Load thousands of gameplay clips and one talk becomes thousands of unique files.
16 videos × 30 overlays = 350 unique TikToks
The demo account is Billy. Sixteen videos on the profile. Thirty variations each. One run is 350 unique TikToks. If I leave it going, about 360.
While I was recording, the output count was 8. A small relational database: every time a video lands, it is written to the total and to the output table. Count all.
The team opens the output, downloads the files — I may add a QR field so they can pull them on a phone — and posts them across the thousands of devices we already have. That is one clip into 30, then mass distribution.
Same files on Reels and YouTube Shorts
The same composite works on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Version two of the OnlyFans course will include this, free, hosted by me.
I have been pulled into the agency. This — automations and little scripts — is the work I actually like.

hey guys I hope you are well quite an interesting one to share with you today actually this is a TikTok content generator so I'm sure a lot of people have seen scrolling through TikTok the videos that appear where they have like gameplay footage on the bottom half and Andrew Tate or whoever else talking on the top half these kind of like viral videos if anyone was wondering why they actually mix that gameplay footage in it's because it means that TikTok will treat that content as completely unique content so it's actually a strategy of repurposing video content and being able to go viral multiple times over
now we've actually been taking on like a considerable number of clients who have been paying us for what I would call like the Andrew Tate strategy which is essentially Mass content distribution so generally it's it's businesses but it's also individuals people looking at growing out their personal online profiles they're coming to us um with a load of short form content and then our team is editing this and turning it into unique content adjusting the metadata changing the making these edits adding like this video content below that and it works well however it's quite well it was quite time consuming for our team to do this
we also do this quite a lot on OnlyFans as well like one of like a major traffic source that we use is TikToks and in particular with some of the new strategies that we're using there's quite a high demand for us to have a lot of TikTok accounts that have over 1,000 followers real followers they can't be fake unfortunately so there's quite high demand on us like growing out accounts to 1,000 followers I built this tool and I will just run you through it now
so I'll just walk you through the structure and exactly what is going on so in this table here we add in the accounts that we want to extract videos from they will then be added into this table like the original piece of content and then in here I have a load of viral videos so I'll just show you some examples like I just cut these up myself very quickly but it's going to be little things like random gameplay content like you can see here and so I took out 30 sorry 20 28 of these I may actually make more do like more high quality ones like I was mostly focused on the back end side of things but the technology itself
but what that means is for every single video that we extract from the main profile it will then be run through here and we would generate 30 unique pieces of content and they will then finally be added into the output here so I can add in like thousands of TikTok profiles here and they will automatically be extracted we'll download all of the content on their profiles and it will then be added in Source account video we have the first video here and we're now merging together the two files so I'll just show you what was actually downloaded this will be the original video from TikTok without a watermark go for food take a hop
and I also just pulled out some information like we have the created time I have the number of times it's been played so it's got 31,000 views it's been shared 16 times and it's been commented on 24 times not really using this data but perhaps we want to put in some type of like filtering mechanism which I was thinking about like maybe we only want to apply this process to videos that have more than however many views
again it's then ran against all of our viral videos here so I can put in thousands of these and it would turn that video into thousands of unique pieces of content now here we have the output the original piece of content that can now be downloaded by our team little blonde and she's rude take out I'll go for food takeout I think you get the idea
so it just generates like a ton of unique pieces of content automatically downloads if I leave this running it will download 16 pieces 16 videos from from Billy's profile which is the account that we're using and it will generate that 30 times over so just by running this once I would actually generate 350 unique TikToks and again we can turn it into way more than that
and yeah I think quite quite an interesting one um like our team has been spending like a lot of time doing this themselves doing like manual editing and I really love it's things like this I really love building automations for so every time a video gets added it gets put in the total video it gets added in the output like we've just got a small like relational database here and I'll just count the total number of output count let's do count all so it's generated eight unique videos so far
and the idea is here is that our team just comes in grabs this content perhaps we could add in like a QR code field for our team to be able to download easily and then they can just Mass distribute across all of the is everyone knows we already have thousands of phones so then our team just handles like the mass distribution across thousands of mobile devices that is how we are turning one piece of content into 30 pieces of content in a very automated way
so I already know that there's going to be people in the comments asking can I have access how do we get access I'm going to include this like in the version two of the OnlyFans course like it will be completely free and it will be hosted by me and this is going to be available for anyone to be able to create unique content essentially at scale particularly like for this works very well on TikTok on Instagram Reels and also on YouTube Shorts
but anyway I'll leave this running if I leave this running now it will generate about 360. London she's rude take out I'll go for food take a hot Unique Piece of the content yeah something different to share I miss making these automations actually I'll be completely honest I've been like heavily pulled into like the service based business side of things like particularly with our agency whereas this is where my I think as most people know this is where my like passion really lies on building out these like automations and little scripts and things like that anyway thank you so much for watching as
