I tried to setup a OnlyFans Agency Content House
I moved to Colombia to run an OnlyFans agency in person. I also tried to stand up a 16-person content house: a villa, daily posting, a reality-TV layer on top. I booked ten days. The listing said 500 Mbps. We got 4. The backup apartment lasted one shooting day. A neighbor called the police. The owner asked us to leave.
That attempt failed. The Colombia thesis did not. Recruiting is easy. You can hire people who already managed webcam studios. You can pay models a salary, keep the page, and put a marketing team on it. The house died on location, internet, and a landlord who got a story from security that was not true.
Georgia is the wrong country for an OnlyFans agency
People thought I was in Georgia to run OnlyFans. I was not. I have had people say they are flying there, registering a company, and starting an agency. Do not.
It is a religious country. Georgian models are not even supported on OnlyFans. The reason I was there, years before this industry, was tax and cheap labour. I ran large social-media operations on that. I lived there five years. I still have property. I still have a company with about 30 employees, which I am scaling down. I like the country. It is one of the worst places to open this business.
It was winter. I had been to Colombia four years earlier, before Covid. Webcam was already huge. I know people there. I flew back.
Colombia: recruit, hire webcam managers, pay $1,000–$2,500
Colombia works if you will work with Latina models. If you want influencer-style girls, sit in LA, Miami, or London. Here the stack is different.
It is a sexually open country. Almost every girl will hear an OnlyFans pitch. You can walk up on the street. I speak no Spanish and still get through it. On Tinder I mention the business; they are interested and they refer friends. I am not recruiting myself. I partner with Spanish-speaking operators who handle logistics and send models over. I do not have time to do every job, and I do not have the language.
The bigger unlock is staff. You can hire people who already worked in the sex industry — usually webcam, not OnlyFans. I met a woman who had managed 20 webcam models. That is the hire: already trained, already knows how to get content out of girls, already knows how to motivate them. Those skills transfer. Salaries for that experience are low in local terms. We pay well for Colombia. They are happy. You can run an in-house team instead of a remote roster spread across five countries. Romania is the other place I would look for the same webcam density.
I like models who came from webcam. They work hard. They know the job. OnlyFans is easier and more hands-off than studio cam. If they did webcam for three or four years they stay, and they are some of the best people I work with.
You can also pay a salary. Depending on looks and English we pay $1,000–$2,500 a month. Most of them have already tried OnlyFans alone. One girl was doing about $400 a month. She is happy on $2,500. I take over the page. I keep the income. We put marketing and the team on it and push the account to $50–80k a month. $2,500 is a starting number. When the page grows I renegotiate. I need them to keep shooting.
You will not get that deal in Romania. Webcam there already pays high five figures or low six figures a month. Colombia is the country that has all three: easy recruiting, trained managers, and a salary the model will take.
English is the constraint, not supply
High-level English is rare. That hurts custom content and client video calls. It limits what you can have the model sell. That is the main negative.
Brazil and Argentina send a lot of inbound from YouTube. They do not have the same established adult industry on the ground. I would still rather manage in person here than assemble another fully remote roster.
Dating-app verification is moving on-device
Remote management is getting harder. Tinder tightened facial recognition. 
Bumble is still easy, which is a problem: it saturated, and conversions versus swipes and matches dropped hard.
OnlyFans is adding facial checks. That will get stricter. Remote, you can still have the model open the account and match IPs with a proxy. A different device for the check still looks wrong. In the room you take the photos on the phone camera and finish verification on site. You do not need OBS and a virtual webcam. Custom content is the same: you are there, you get the shot.
Models jump agencies; meet them in person
About 90% of girls who apply to us have already been through more than one agency. Usually more than three. They still have not found anyone who can grow the page.
If they come into a premises, meet you, and treat it like a job instead of a bedroom, they stay longer — assuming you actually make them money. Remote employees and office employees are not the same relationship. This business is no different.
16-person villa, 10-day MVP, $25k a month
I have wanted a house for a long time. On 10 December I booked one: pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, gym, 24/7 security, space for 16 people. It showed up on Airbnb at about $25k a month. I took ten days as an MVP. Models were ready. More wanted in.
The job is a daily shift. Instagram posts, stories, Reddit, anything I can use for promotion. They can use the house if they are producing. That is the whole brief.
A couple of years earlier Baddie's House tried a version of this in Ibiza: six girls, a villa, Big Brother / Love Island plus adult content. They monetised with a white-label webcam site and YouTube. The idea was right. The timing was not. OnlyFans was not a household brand. The one mechanic I liked was competition: the lowest earner that week or month was out, so everyone had a reason to perform.
Main money here is OnlyFans. You can still brand the house — a Playboy-mansion shape, not that name. I am not trying to become a Dan Bilzerian. I care whether the model works. The reality-TV layer is personality, which is what the page is supposed to sell. English is the unsolved part of filming that.
The stay is a business expense. You rent the villa as a photography location. We have a simple rule on hotels: make back what the night cost in shoots, mass messages, and tips. A good background is better content. That is not a loophole. It is the job.
One model at $30k+ is a real business
New operators try to sign five or ten girls before they have a process. Grow one — a girlfriend, someone you are already around — to $30k+ a month and you can live well in Colombia, Bali, South-East Asia, or a first-world city. One page. Small team. Fewer cheques. You keep time, location, and cash. Six figures on a single account is still on the table.
Travel is not free just because the suite is deductible. When I move around with my girlfriend, a day she is not working — sick, changing hotels — often runs $2–3k. Price that in.
The villa advertised 500 Mbps and delivered 4
The first house was fine as a set: gym, pool, basketball, a cinema. I had asked about internet before I booked. They said about 500 Mbps. It was 4. Two steps outside the building there was no Wi-Fi at all. A reality-TV stream by the pool was dead on arrival.
I never walked the place first. Someone was already staying. They would not hold it. I reserved anyway so I would not lose it, and I assumed I could negotiate a long-term rate in person. That is how you buy a $25k listing with no outdoor internet.
A neighbor reported underage girls. They were not.
I grabbed a last-minute penthouse for a month: two floors, jacuzzi, rooftop fireplace, three bedrooms. Not the villa. Usable as a content house, including rooms for webcam-style shows.
Second night, about 7pm. Two models in the apartment making TikTok videos. No adult content on site. A third had visited that day so I could register her OnlyFans and do ID verification. Police at the door. A neighbor had reported underage girls going in and out.
Everyone was over 18. OnlyFans will not open a page otherwise, and I had seen the IDs. I still had a second of "did someone hand me a fake." They had not. My girlfriend started giving the officers attitude. That is how you turn a check into a problem. The girls showed ID. The police said it was fine and left.
About an hour later the owner knocked. Building security had told him we were shooting underage pornography — after the police had just cleared the apartment. He was calm. He asked us to leave. I packed. I would have done the same in his position.
We had one full day: content shot, profiles verified. The next evening it was over.
Location, internet, SIMs, and a landlord who already said yes
I still think a house is the direction. Someone in a group floated daily Face ID on login. That is a rumour. If it happens, living with the model is the simple version. Dating-app photos, custom content, shoots, and a professional relationship are all easier in the same building.
What I underestimated is the building.
Good penthouses here are booked months out. You need internet that will hold 16 models, several of them streaming, in every room you will use. You need a property that already agreed to an OnlyFans house. I told the Airbnbs. The villa was fine as long as no porn was shot on site, which we could live with. You also want SIMs and phones nearby, not a scenic hill with no shops.
A loud, public house may be easier in the US or the UK. In Colombia — and in parts of Eastern Europe — that kind of attention is the wrong kind. You need the right people. There is already a lot of sex work on the ground, so neighbours are jumpy. Girls in and out all day looked like a brothel. That is why they called.
I did not get a real run at the format. The idea is still sound. Attempt one is a failure. I will try again with a location locked before anyone moves in.
The models were unhappy to be sent home. One liked saving the Uber. The others wanted someone in the room for questions, and a better set than their bedroom.
Other people are already further along. There is a content house in Italy. A few more sit under the radar. I wanted this one public. YouTube is how I find rooms and partners.
I saw a listing, thought it was perfect, and decided to figure it out on site. That is a bad way to rent 16 beds and a stream. Next time the house is planned. In the meantime I am writing the ops down. I have a TikTok tracker on hundreds of models: posts today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 14, views. The next job is a bot that assigns the content, checks it was made, and pings the account manager if she only posted seven times.

Good morning guys just to update video from me on some things I'm documenting so as I mentioned before I made the move over to Colombia I've been to Colombia before four years ago just to give some background information before I was in the OnlyFans business I was out here and then Covid started and I flew back over to Georgia um and Colombia for me is like a really ideal location to run an OnlyFans business just to be completely honest when I was out here four years ago uh webcam was huge and that is what like a lot of the girls were doing out here so
I think there was also a bit of a misconception people thought that I was in Georgia to run an OnlyFans agency and that was never the case and I've even had people reaching out to me saying that they're flying over to Georgia they want to register a company in Georgia and set up an OnlyFans business so Georgia is a completely wrong country to do that in it's quite a religious country Georgian models aren't even supported by OnlyFans the benefits of Georgia are the tax benefits and also the fact that you have access to cheap labor so
I was out in Georgia way before I was in like the OnlyFans industry running these like large-scale social media companies to take advantage of yeah taxes and and cheap place for basically and I think people thought that I was in Georgia because it's a great place to run an OnlyFans business and it's not it's probably one of the worst places that you could choose um and so I made I know Georgia very well by the way I I do love Georgia I lived out there for five years I have property out there I have like a company that's still with 30 employees even I'm in
The process of scaling down however it's just not the not the right place there's much better places in the world to open an OnlyFans business so also it was winter so I thought okay let me fly out to Colombia um again because I do like it here and I I know people here already and I would say this is probably the ideal location for someone to open an OnlyFans business as long as you're open to working with latino models of course if you prefer to work with like the influencer style girls you're going to be much better off located in La Miami London a major
City somewhere but out here is really quite a unique unique position to be in for a number of reasons one is a very very sexually Open Country which of course is great the fact that every pretty much every girl is open to doing OnlyFans makes it very easy to recruit models the difficulty is finding models who speak English um you can literally go go out up to girls on the street and almost pitch them OnlyFans or the first time you've met them bearing in mind I speak no Spanish whatsoever I can can still get away with it I've been out on dates with girls on
Tinder and I would just mention them in the OnlyFans business and straight away they're interested they're giving referrals of their friends who want to do OnlyFans like it's really super super easy to find girls just to be transparent I'm not actually doing recruitment myself I'm doing a Partnerships with guys who speak Spanish and they're referring models over to me because I'm just trying to recruit at scale and quite simply I've not got time to do everything I also don't speak Spanish so it's much easier to have like a Spanish-speaking agency to handle kind of all the recruitment Logistics simply refer models over to me Point
Number two is probably the biggest one is that you can find staff here who have experience working within the sex industry often not within OnlyFans but often you will find them within webcam so again just by going out and meeting people just by coincidence I I met a girl who worked at a webcam Studio she had experience managing 20 models and these are kind of like the perfect hires bring into an OnlyFans agency to have someone who's already like fully trained who has experience managing the girls who have worked very closely with the girls who knows how to motivate and kind of get the most
Out of the webcam models I think that just translates very well across to OnlyFans and the fact that you can hire people fully trained in with these types of skill sets for like pretty low salaries I mean like we pay very very well for Colombia it's very good salary for us as a company and they're also happy to say they make good money just to have access to a Workforce that is already trained and has experience in in this industry I think it's like highly beneficial it's very very concentrated as well um
Just to be in like such a small area like you can generally find people who have experience within OnlyFans but you're often hiring them remotely right you'll have end up having very distributed teams like spread across the world with people who have experience in these different areas and that's fine however I do really like that you can build something like in person here manage a team in-house and find people with experience in this industry I don't know if any other countries that have such kind of a dense population of of webcam Studios and things like that but I'm sure that there's other places in the
World Romania actually would be one as well uh Romania as well I think would be a really easy place to to find girls with experience in webcam and then also find um people who have experienced managing models within the webcam industry and by the way I have said this before I'll just repeat it again though I love working with girls who come from a background who've worked in in webcam before they're very hard working they know what's expected of them they have experience in the industry and OnlyFans is often easier to do than webcam is so
It's kind of a relief for them to be in this space just a little bit more hands-off as well so they're generally very very happy to join an OnlyFans agency you can work together with them for a very long time particularly if they've worked in webcam for three or four years they're some of my my favorite models to work with um due to their experience in in the industry and then to go on to the next point is out here you are able to pay models a salary so
You can pay a fixed fee of in our case depending on the quality of the model depending on the level of English we pay anywhere from like one thousand to two thousand five hundred dollars per month and the girls here are quite happy to have that generally they've all tried OnlyFans themselves as well as most girls in this space have and they've figured out they literally can't make anything you know there was one girl who made it was making like 400 per month and so she's very very happy she's tried OnlyFans herself it hasn't worked out she's very happy for me to pay her a
2 500 salary per month I take over the management of the OnlyFans account I retain the income of the OnlyFans account we put our marketing behind it we put our team behind the account we throw the account to 50 to 80k per month and she takes home a salary 2 500 is like a starting salary that I'm willing to pay right as the account continues to grow I'm more than happy to negotiate with girls as I need to make sure that they stay happy to continue producing content for us so
That is one major point is that you are able to hire models here from a fixed salary which I just believe is a huge benefit this does also apply to other countries as well um you could also do this in Romania but you would be paying um I don't think that you would get the benefit of paying a fixed salary the girls in Romania are generally used to pretty good earnings from webcam um there's plenty of them who are making like high five figures low six figures per month off of webcam so
I think it would be a struggle to um to find this in in any other country so I find that Colombia is like a balance of all three of those things which make it a great location for for running an agency that there's without a doubt this is probably the easiest country to to recruit models in the negative is that the level of English a number of people who speak a high level of English here is very very low which can make it more difficult particularly on like the custom content and so
On uh to be able to get the girl and for doing video calls with the clients um it kind of limits what you're able to have the models do and have the model sell so that's just a point to mention I would say that is the main negative however I think with three key points I just mentioned already I think that you will really struggle to find another country anywhere in the world for example Brazil I think would be quite a good one I also get quite a lot of models reaching out and asking to work with us like just because of my YouTube channel
Quite a lot of them come from Argentina and Brazil are very popular as well but I don't think that they quite have the established adult industry that exists here in Colombia I kind of see the industry shifting a little bit where it becomes I think that we're going to see it but it's much better to manage girls in person I I'm seeing this already but I think that there will start to be a bit of a shift I'm not saying that it becomes impossible um but we're starting to see changes on like the dating apps um
With like much better facial recognition coming into play for example we saw this with Tinder many people I believe have also seen the Instagram update where it believes that you're not a real person and you need the model to submit selfie verification Bumble is still incredibly easy to do I think that's actually a negative how easy Bumble is to do because it means it becomes oversaturated very very quickly which it is there's been a huge drop in the number of conversions that you're able to get from Bumble uh in the ratio to the number of swipes and matches that you get and that's because of
How easy Bumble is but then we're also seeing things like facial verification coming in on OnlyFans and I believe it's only going to get worse on all of these platforms and there are ways around it like we have like you can of course have the model look into the account in most cases you just need like your IP addresses to match and of course you can do that with with a proxy so it's not that hard to bypass but I do also think that needing it just kind of raises flags when you have a model logging in from a different device in order to complete
The verification I think these things are quite easy they will be improved and it will get kind of harder and harder to do um and for example with Tinder and Bumble to be able to take pictures of the models in person using the the camera built into the phone it makes things a hundred times easier they can complete verification on site so you don't need to worry about linking up OBS and using it virtual webcam to do verification in general like and also for any like custom content and so
On like if you're there with the model in person very very easy to uh get them to shoot everything to manage everything it's just a much more much much more streamlined process and the other thing is as the OnlyFans industry also gets a lot more competitive I think we kind of see models jumping around quite a lot more and particularly as there's agencies who often just don't really know what they're doing the point is is that these models Jump Around quite a lot more like now often when we have a girl who if they reach out and apply to work in our I would say
Like 90 of the cases they have been through multiple agencies in the past um usually more than three agencies like they have gone through in order to find a good one and then they're reaching out to us so um because they still haven't been able to find someone who's able to to grow their account so that's really quite common so we do see models kind of jumping around from one agency to another it's a benefit that I think as well is that if you have like an in-house um
If you have like a premises where the models come into you meet with them in person you can actually build up a bit of a rapport a bit of a relationship with a professional relationship with them they know you in person I think that you will increase the longevity that you have with models of course as long as you're delivering a good service and making the models money um there's kind of no reason for them to leave anyway but I do think that that will be like a big factor as well like the It kind of starts to feel a bit more like professional rather
Than a girl just sitting at home in her bedroom recording content all day if you can make like a bit of a studio and turn it into more of like a natural job like an experience I think is going to have a positive impact on how happy the girls are at your agency and how long they they stay with with your company which overall is like the main goal anyway so to lead on to the next point is I've had this idea for a very very long time and I'm now executing this it was today 10th of December so
I am moving today moving into a new Villa that I've rented like swimming pool jacuzzi I'll give it a tour of the Villa later on like swimming pool jacuzzi basketball court gym it can house like 16 people um like 24 7 security like like literally everything so I've just I've had this idea for a long time and I've mentioned it before in the group and I think it's a very good idea and I've just decided to go ahead and implement it like the time is kind of right for me and I saw this villa which is kind of like a Content house um
Like what you see in the US with all the influencers and YouTubers living together I just saw this place and I just thought you know what let me just book it I've taken it for 10 days and I'm literally going in it's essentially an MVP I've got models ready and more who are interested to start as well and I'm just going to put this together and see if I can get this to to be successful it could turn into a total mess or it could be extremely successful so
The idea is models are going to come in and they're going to work daily shift Again The Villa is set up to be a very easy way for them to produce content I'm happy for them to essentially do whatever they want it in within the Villa as long as they are producing content so that can be Instagram posts it can be Instagram stories it can be Reddit any form of like content creation is their responsibility while setting this they are able to use all facilities um
Within the location as long as they are producing some form of content that I can use for promotion that is essentially uh all the job is so I actually saw this attempted a couple of years ago by there was a company name baddie's house based out of Ibiza and I saw a YouTube video of this where they rented a villa in Ibiza I don't know how much they were spending but it was it was very nice for a swimming pool you know everything kind of there and they had six six girls I think it was and the idea itself was fantastic but this was before
OnlyFans took off and the way that they were monetizing was through webcam they they brought together the idea of a reality TV show think of something big brother slash love Island and consuming adult content and it was clever it was a very it was a really good idea I just think the timing wasn't quite right for them because OnlyFans didn't exist or definitely didn't exist in like the way it was today where it's such a household brand now so they would kind of record everything they would do YouTube videos on their YouTube channel and the girls would they had like a self-hosted webcam solution I
Think it was a white label solution um where the girls would do webcam and live streams on their own website and that was the wrong thing to do I want but the one thing I did I thought was very cool was there was like a competitive element to it so the low the girl who earned the least amount of money that particular I think it was every week or it could be every single month I'm not quite sure um would be kicked out of the Villa so
There was like a competitive aspect and a competition going on between the girls so everyone had like a mutual interest to um to earn money to make sure that they retained their place in this in this like really really cool Villa um and so that was always something that was on my mind that I that I thought of and I just thought now like why not if I'm in Colombia let me just like execute on this so uh of course the main monetization will be through OnlyFans but I think that you could also build kind of like a brand around this branding the house is
Something like the Playboy Mansion of course not using the name Playboy Mansion but it's going to be something along those lines right you could also look at turning yourself into some type of like or like in this case telling myself into some type of um influencer like a someone living like a Dan Bilzerian type lifestyle I'm not quite sure that I want to do that I'm much more interested in like the the financial aspect of what is the best way to be able to monetize this um
But anyway that is like kind of my my reasoning behind it and what I kind of plan on on doing so from today I'll be moving in like uh at 4pm today meeting with the girls there start producing content and I really think I know that there are some content houses as well I've seen other people doing it mostly they're doing just kind of a base for models to be able to come to to be able to shoot content but I've not quite seen anyone doing it with more of a like a reality TV show um
Aspect to it as well which I think gets gets it quite interesting uh remember like OnlyFans is always about the kind of personal aspect the fact that the girls have a bit of like personality and that is where I think that the reality TV show gets like really really quite interesting because you're given like a person site into the girl's life the issues that I have the girls in most cases don't speak English so I need to try to figure out how to solve that um
But anyway I think it's going to be like a like I said I'm kind of going into this as like an MVP um as like a learning experience I'm sure that there will be a ton of mistakes made as there normally are I'm fully prepared for that and just really interested to see what um what is possible does this really work as a business model is it that much easier to manage all of these girls or does it turn into a complete mess having 14 models living together in um
In a villa so uh in 10 days I will I'll have the answer there's like another nice benefit of this business as well sorry for all the mess inside by the way I'm just about to be checking out but you can rent apartments um Villas and but you can just write this off as an expense for your business and we use it as like a photography shooting location as part of the business it's not even like a hack but just to travel around and stay in great hotels we have like a little goal with ourselves that we need to make the same amount as the
As the hotel cost us um so you can just do that by recording content and then sending out like a mass message by making sure that we do like some photo shoots and putting some tips on there by using like you know when like there's nice I mean it's a bit cloudy now but when there's like a nice background it just makes for much better content like it's one other thing to mention is people and like my audience is kind of tailored towards agencies and people setting up OnlyFans agencies but there's also no shame in and I would actually encourage this for some people in
Focusing on one girl maybe you have a girlfriend maybe you have a girl that you're dating like Friends with Benefits whatever it may be um you can very easily grow one girl to 30k plus per month and just live a great life for both of you I was just thinking as well like you could just have such an easy life traveling around particularly if you're traveling around like these cheaper parts of the world Bali Colombia southeast Asia Latin America but you can even live in like First World countries as well and just run this as a business literally just with one model creating content very
Very easily all of everywhere that you stay at you can write off as an expense you also have an excuse to live like a great life and book like great Apartments and hotels just to live at to do photo shoots because it will just make for much better content and I think most people I I think like particularly with like the new people who join the group and kind of start out instead of them focusing on like one girl they will focus on let me get five girls or ten girls before you even have any processes or anything laid out um
They're trying to like run before they can walk whereas actually for a lot of people I would say that you could live a much more stressful life a much much less less stressful life smaller team less things to manage less checks to pay far more lean business you retain your location time and um Financial Freedom much easier when you're only managing one model compared to managing an agency um and you you still have huge UPS like huge earning potentials of growing models to like six figures per month the only thing that I would say is if you are traveling and I definitely noticed this like
I said um like if I'm traveling around with my girlfriend because we have been traveling kind of every day that she's not working it will cost us between usually between like two to three thousand dollars per day like there was a few days where she's feeling sick and then we're changing locations and changing hotels and so on so yeah that is definitely like a something to mention but if you're really looking for time location Independence and like Financial Freedom OnlyFans managing on a small scale I would say is like a fast track way to get there definitely much easier to do this than some of
The options that I did when I started out my career so just something that I would highlight you too is like all of this everything can just be written off as an expense um through your company which is like a huge benefit as well um so like in this Villa that I'll be staying at in the next few days in this um like apartment that I'm in now it's all just written off uh and it's it's tax deductible so just another little trick for you to remember uh whenever you're you're running your OnlyFans business so
Unfortunately we have arrived at the Villa The Villa itself isn't bad it's actually quite a cool a little bit like hipster place to do to record from uh Jim is down there swimming pool area uh basketball thing down there um but the internet speed is atrocious it's four megabytes per second and like I'd check this prior to to ordering of course and they said it was like 500 megabyte per second internet speed but um it turns out that was a complete lie so complete waste of time which is a shame because it is actually quite a cool space Cinema in here but yeah now it's
Back back to the drawing board finding a new location and it puts us at like a bit of a disadvantage as well because now I have to book like a last minute place and it's kind of hard to find places like this and yeah like I said it's a little bit sad I I really feel that it kind of had like huge um it had a lot of potential this really could be a good place but um like and also as soon as you step outside there's no Wi-Fi connection at all so
There's literally just no chance in um in making it happen so uh yeah I will update you when we find a new new location so I just thought I'd record like a I guess a final debrief of um of how the actual project went and it definitely didn't go to plan uh I think it's it's safe to to put it that way what actually happened was so I I found this great Villa and I just sort of thought that I would take a shot on it I had this idea for a while this Villa presented itself on on Airbnb it was available for like 25k
Per month on Airbnb so I know that like I could most likely negotiate that down by quite a significant amount once I met with them in person and offered them like a long-term rental agreement and it had on paper it kind of had everything needed and I spoke to them beforehand to like check out the the logistics someone was already staying in the apartment so I couldn't actually physically go and check and they wouldn't reserve it for me so I was just very I hastily made a reservation just so
That I didn't miss out on the um on on the villa and uh of course it turned out that they were completely wrong and there was literally no Wi-fi as soon as you took like two steps outside the building uh there was no internet whatsoever so the possibility of having girls kind of doing like a more of a reality TV show and kind of streaming it online you know with the girls out by the pool and so on uh instantly became out of the question and so
Then I've quickly booked like another Villa there was not Villa sorry I booked like another Penthouse apartment like a last minute booking took that for one month we packed up from the Villa moved over to the next uh next location and so it wasn't ideal it wasn't like anything close to what I was talking about before but it would definitely have worked as like a Content house you know there was a um two stories jacuzzi like fireplace outside on like the rooftop three bedrooms so you could also have the girls doing um
Kind of like webcam style shows as well and this is where the the story gets pretty uh pretty eventful it was the second night in in the evening um there were two models walk like working in the house and when I say working they were literally just creating TikToks there was no adult content shot within the apartment at all uh and there was one other model who came to visit today that I sorry on that day that I just registered the OnlyFans profile for um and we went through the ID verification and everything and I got a knock on the door from the police at
It must have been about seven seven p.m and I I don't speak any Spanish at all um but anyway like we were communicating and they had had a report that there were underage girls within in the apartment uh I think it was a neighbor that they said it was a neighbor who reported that there were underage girls coming in and out of the apartment of course all of the girls were over 18 uh you need to be over 18 to open an OnlyFans profile and OnlyFans handles the verification and I'd of course I've seen all of their IDs myself but then in the back of
My mind when the police are knocking at the door and I'm I started to think as as one of them showed me a fake ID or or something um and I started thinking actually like no no way there like I I didn't know it started doubting myself for a minute of course like it was like my rational mind I know that it's not the case at all and we weren't even shooting any pornography so I knew it was just like a kind of like a nosy neighbor let's say um
Reporting it and then like my girlfriend started kind of giving like attitude and I'm thinking I can see this situation going bad very very quickly um considering she doesn't speak any and like it's a terrible thing to do when police are there they they're just trying to to do their job um you know they've had a report that there's an underage girl in an apartment of course like you want to be somewhere where the police are actually going to to go and check up on that and um
Anyway my girlfriend was was being like and I was trying to tell her to stop and everything was fine like of course the girls came down they showed their IDs to the police and the police said it like okay it's fine you can um like continue and like there's no problem they left and then about an hour and a half later uh about an hour hour later perhaps like the door I got a knock on the door again and this time it was the apartment owner who had had a report that the police had shown up and he had been told by the security of
Course we'd just proven that um the girls are under 18 because I wasn't uh over 18 sorry um because of course like I wasn't arrested and everything was fine but the security still told the apartment owner that we were shooting underage pornography the apartment owner came back he was like very calm for considering what what the situation was I know that if someone called me and said that there was a underage porn movie being shot in my apartment I don't think I would have been half as relaxed as he was but um
Anyway he just kind of very politely asked us to leave um I don't I'm not sure if he believed what I was saying to be honest but um anyway I just completely respected his decision so we we packed up and then we I still believe I really do believe that this is like the best way to go in the industry um I think it's like the direction that OnlyFans is going in like there's people kind of passing around rumors and it is just rumors at this point is someone putting in a group today that OnlyFans is going to enable like daily face ID and verification
Um every time you log into the account you need to prove that the model is actually there if that actually did take place of course there's going to be 100 times easier if you're actually living with the model I think there will always be ways around this stuff like there's some pretty clever people in this industry who will always figure out a way to kind of bypass and keep running the businesses but even just from like a dating apps perspective in terms of taking pictures uh verifying the profiles handling everything there it's much easier if you're working with girls in person like hands down there's
Kind of like no argument to it at all and even just managing the girls in general custom content um you know overseeing shoots getting everything that you need done as an agency manager I personally find it far far easier when you manage everything in person and it also helps to kind of build up a relationship a professional relationship I should say with um with the models um they kind of know who you are you know who they are like you can kind of um compared to like if you look at any business two employees who work remotely the whole time compared to two people in
An office you can just build up more Rapport and establish more of a relationship with that person so everything's much more trusted the girls are much more like relaxed they know that they're not going to get ripped off or anything like that so I do really think the idea is still sound however I think I slightly underestimated the difficulty in finding a good location we have found like multiple locations now uh however there are limited options in Colombia I will say that is one negative um
A lot of the penthouses and staff are just kind of the good locations are just booked out for like months in advance and then from like the logistical point of view like you need a very very good internet connection uh if you know if you can imagine having 16 models all connected several of them doing streaming and having like webcam streaming going on you need a good internet connection kind of throughout the whole the whole property um you need to look at like the security aspect and you need a property that is willing to agree to you essentially running an OnlyFans house I think it's
Better to to agree to that up front so I was kind of very um like I I told the airbnbs what we were doing like in in the case of the Villa that we were going to be right and they they were fine with it um as long as there was no pornography content shot on on the site as well which would have been absolutely fine for us yeah but anyway it was uh it was an eventful eventful few days it's the first time and hopefully the last time that I was accused of directing a underage pornography scene um
So yeah it was uh it was a funny few days I think we can safely put the experiment down as a failure uh from multiple angles like I tried to kind of recover it and move into that second location like I said and everything was was kind of going well we have one full day there where the models were shooting content we had all the profiles verified everything was um everything was good yeah and then the the following evening it all went went completely downhill pretty quickly so
Um yeah uh I think it just needs like it just needs uh a location really that is ideal that is the issue that we really went ran into it needs a location that agrees for you to shoot the type of um have a load of models running around all day and yeah and and have a good internet connection and kind of like you you want to be in a location as well where you have access to solid infrastructure in terms of access to SIM cards and access to phones as well um
They were kind of key lessons which potentially [Music] I was thinking this earlier it's quite ironic but it actually puts down some locations like the US and also the UK in quite High standing to run a place like this because and also corruption in some places like this as well I I think to to make a lot of noise in some of these countries and attract a lot of attention in some of these countries in Eastern Europe um and like Colombia is not necessarily the type of attention that you want let's say and you need kind of the right the right connections and to know
The right people um to uh to be able to run everything smoothly let's say which but yeah so that kind of leads on to my point that you know the US and the UK could potentially be like very good places to to run this out of um again like I'm I'm not disregarding like uh Colombia as a country anyway with so much kind of prostitution and sex work that goes on here I think it actually makes people a lot more sensitive to kind of what is going on locally um
Which is why like the neighbor called the police when there were girls coming in and out all day like that I think they assumed that we were running some type of brothel so yeah that's just kind of like something to be aware of I would say I didn't even really get to give this like a proper go to be honest but I thought that I would like I recorded before like the the idea which I still think is perfectly sound and I'm very um I think is a good route to go my first attempt I 100 will put down as a failure but um
Yeah they're kind of like the lessons that I learned and I will definitely have a go at putting this type of thing together again the models were also a lot quite upset when like I just said to them look just work from home and one of them wasn't actually she was happy to save money on the Uber fees but um despite yeah they make good money here but the other ones kind of wanted they said that they preferred to be able to work with us like with myself kind of overseeing everything for when they had questions like they could also go around the apartment and
It was like a much better good good um a much better scene to shoot from than their um than their bedroom at home but um anyway that is that's the situation that we're in so uh yeah I was quite busy like with all of this over the past few days so I'm going through and like catching up on quite a few things now um right now I've also been the thing that I've kind of realized is that it's very easy to you know by paying a salary it really it's a case of figuring out how to like scale very very quickly uh as an agency
So I've been like systemizing everything so I will actually make a video on some of the um tools that I've been using to build out and to document processes and I built like an automatic um TikTok tracker that that can track hundreds of models and track their activity every single day on how many things they posted and it also gives you all of their statistics like how many posts they did today yesterday and last seven days last 14 days how many views they got and so
On and I'm trying to build out a bot that will um essentially manage an army of models um giving them all of the content that they need to make and tracking that they actually do it and then if it hasn't been completed it sends it over to their account manager the account manager gets an alert that this model has only posted seven times today or you know whatever parameters you you want to use so um I was just building that yesterday and I'll share a video on that at some other point but um
Of a reason to record and put this out is I know that there's some people who've had the same idea that I have on this some people have executed and taken it much further than I have uh we've seen a content house in Italy that are doing this already and I know of a few others already although they're a little bit like uh under the radar let's say whereas I wanted to make this into quite a public sort of like reality TV show aspect to it so
Um YouTube is like a networking tool for me essentially by me sitting down and recording this video hundreds of thousands of people will watch this and um maybe there's some people who know it for great location that's out there potentially like some partnership opportunities you know whatever it is that's another reason for me recording and kind of publishing this video so um yeah a little bit sad that it didn't work slightly stressful day getting like literally just moving around airbnbs and like we have like a lot of stuff here like um
Phones tripods and luggage and so on and like just to be moving around airbnbs for like two or three days straight is it's kind of just a waste of time more than anything that was slightly annoying but um anyway live and learn and yeah we'll like I said finish um working on like systemizing quite a lot of the the things that will be needed to get this to work and then I think this project just needs a little bit more planning um like I said I just saw like the property pop up on my Airbnb feed and I just thought that's perfect like uh and
