How to start an OnlyFans agency
We started a new OnlyFans creator on the evening of 9 September. We travelled for a couple of days after that, so the chart has a flat line. Even so, in less than six days — and not working the account on all of them — she was doing $1,000 a day. That is the launch I use to explain how I start an agency.
I put the numbers on an 
$784 gross, $627 net, $20–30k first-month profit
First week she was already around $800 a day. The day I recorded: $784 gross, $627 net. I expect $20,000–$30,000 in month one, in the launch window. That is profit into the bank, not an ecommerce or dropshipping revenue number with cost of goods sitting underneath it.
The constraint is not setup cost. There is almost none. You can run it from anywhere. You do not need a huge team on day one. The constraint is whether you can grow the page.
Marketing is the bottleneck. Recruitment is inbound.
People say OnlyFans is competitive. The look is competitive. The real gap is that most creators, and a lot of agencies, do not come from marketing. They do not know how to cut through the noise. That is the hard part of running an agency. That is the part I teach.
Recruitment is not the hard part. I am not actively hunting. Two to three girls a day land in the inbox asking for management. Good-looking girls. An internationally published model wrote last week. A lot of them are retired cam girls: caming is eight to twelve hours a day, they want similar earnings, and OnlyFans is more hands-off.
Demand is not the bottleneck. Traffic is.
Blackhat account setups get patched in months
The course I recorded seven or eight months earlier still has the right foundations: how we grow a profile. The platforms are mostly the same. We added two. What changed is how we actually open and run the accounts on those platforms.
This is blackhat marketing. That is my background. Use a platform the way it is not intended and they patch it. They block the method. You evolve the method. I like that loop. I stay a step ahead on purpose. If you freeze the SOP, the SOP dies.
I have been dumping those updates into the Telegram mastermind. Video is easier to consume than a chat log, which is why the account-creation steps need to be re-recorded, not just patched in text.
Do not ship the same sexting script to 200 people
I was always hesitant to hand out our exact sexting and upsell sequences. We already hit the failure mode inside our own roster: the same customer subscribed to more than one of our creators by coincidence, got the same messages, and clocked that they were templates.
Give 200 people the identical script and you manufacture that problem at scale. Walk the strategy. Give generic templates. Change the copy. Otherwise every page in the room sounds like every other page.
Same rule on TikTok: if people keep asking the same setup question, the setup was not written down clearly enough. Write the actual account-creation steps. International creators in countries OnlyFans does not support need a payout path and a way onto a page. That is a real ops problem, not a bonus module.
500,000 signups a day. Cash flow, not exit value.
The last stat I saw was about 500,000 new OnlyFans signups a day. I do not think we are at oversaturation. I do think if thousands of people run the exact marketing channels I built, it harms everyone on those channels. That is a different problem from "OnlyFans is full."
The room already has people at every stage: first recruitment through agencies managing multiple girls at $80k+ a month each. Crypto operators looking for cash flow after the market dropped. Ecommerce founders who sold the store and want recurring income without inventory. Two hundred and thirty students later, that is the mix.
This is a cash-flow business. Recurring income, tiny setup fees, location-independent. If you want exit value, you are in the wrong place. I do not believe an OnlyFans-only shop sells. That is why I also run the marketing agency: it is not tied to the adult vertical, so it might have a buyer in a few years. If exit is the goal, grow an influencer marketing agency that happens to do OnlyFans.
I launched on 
Gumroad. $500 members keep v2. New price is $2,000.
I put the first course on Gumroad because I did not know if anyone would buy it. The audience was software and B2B marketing. Pivoting to OnlyFans was a real change. Andrew Tate had an OnlyFans course about three years earlier. Almost nobody was publicly teaching how to build a business on top of a page. Two hundred and thirty people later, the experiment worked.
Everyone who already paid — $500 — gets the remake for free. No upsell, no upgrade fee, no new licence. I am raising the price for new buyers. I have been told for a long time that I was selling the opportunity too cheap. This creator hit $1,000 a day in six days. That is an easy return on a course fee. The channels take time to figure out. Sharing them at a low price invites a flood of clones of the same playbook.
I have no problem charging $2,000. I am also moving the library to Kajabi so the thing is actually usable as a course, not a Gumroad file dump. I am filming this creator's first month in real time — chatting, marketing, upsells, how the page is structured — then cutting it down to the core steps. Automation, scripts, and bots sit in a separate track for people who want that. If you do not want to program, skip it.

Hey guys I hope you're well just a little like announcement video from me I put up on like my Instagram story the other day that we had launched a new model and within in less than six days and not even working on the account for all of those six days we already got her to like doing one thousand dollars per day hey guys thought I'd share like a little I don't know kind of behind the scenes documentation that I'm doing on like one of the girls like I'm just making a little video series on like a new girl that we've taken on
So we started on this profile on the evening the 9th of September and then we were traveling for a couple of days actually so that was a little sort of flat line there but in the girls like first week where we've already got her pulling in like she's done about 800 today like she'll do over 800 today 784 gross 627 net which wasn't a bad bad start to kicking things so I'm expecting her to be doing like 20 to 30k this month in in her first month so I put that up on my story and just without even like thinking correctly I prematurely announced that we're going to be like doing like a complete revamp of the of the OnlyFans course
And then I started getting a lot of questions so I just thought it would be easier for me to put a video together rather than me replying to everyone mostly people are asking the same question so it's just not an efficient way of me replying so anyway I plan on doing a complete course makeover we can say it's still like the same foundational content which I think is what was laid out originally in the course it was like this is the foundations of of how we would grow an OnlyFans profile however when I put the course together it was it was about seven months ago I think now maybe perhaps eight seven or eight months and a lot has changed
Like OnlyFans is a constantly evolving platform and it's also important to bear in mind that these are like their blackhat marketing strategies which I'm completely fine with is literally what my background is but it's just important to remember whenever you're doing anything blackhat whenever you're using these platforms in a way they're not intended to be used it often results in things being patched or they start blocking certain strategies and methods which means that you constantly need to keep evolving and keep evolving your your marketing strategies is literally all it is
So I'm quite used to that and I enjoy the process of constantly testing and trying to outsmart these social media platforms by staying sort of one step ahead of what they're doing but what it does mean is a lot of the videos that were that were recorded like the strategies that we still use the same platforms we have added two others in there in fact but still like the foundation is all the same but how we go about putting together these various different accounts on these platforms has changed somewhat so I've kept our like Telegram mastermind group up to date with by posting updates in there but I've reached a point now that I realized that so much has changed it is time to re-record everything in video format because it's just easier for for people to consume
One other mistake that I made was launching this course like on Gumroad to be completely honest when I first put this course together I had no idea what what would happen I didn't know if anyone would even buy it like bearing in mind my audience was all like software B2B marketing so to pivot over to OnlyFans was quite a big change and I had no idea how people would respond to it but I knew that it was an interesting business opportunity and I just wanted to put it out there because a lot of there are a lot of entrepreneurs who follow me however we're now like 230 students later
And yeah at the time no one Andrew Tate in fact sorry hadn't had a OnlyFans course was released I think about three years ago if it was released quite a while back but there was no one really like publicly promoting teaching people how to build a business on top of OnlyFans and yeah I just had no idea what would happen and now we're like 230 students later everyone people at all stages of the OnlyFans life cycle in the course people who are recruiting their first girls through to agencies who are managing multiple girls all of them doing 80k plus per month each we've got people running events we have got quite an interesting network in fact of people from outside the OnlyFans space as well a lot of crypto guys now that the market isn't quite so good who are looking for cash flow businesses are moving into the OnlyFans space who've joined our private Telegram groups that's been really good
So anyway I've been updating everything like within the Telegram group but I now realize that it's going it's the time has come for me to create like a version two of of this course so the first and I guess most most important thing to say is everyone who has already purchased the course they will be receiving all of this content like completely for free like if this is just it's like the next edition of the course let's say there's no upsell there's no upgrade or license fee or anything like this is all going to be included however I am going to increase the price of the course for all future customers and there's a couple of reasons for that
Number one I've been told to do it multiple times I've been told that I'm selling this opportunity too cheap it's very easy to make to make a return on investment this new model that we've launched is already doing a thousand dollars per day and it's taken us six days to get there working on it like it is it's easy to make back a return on investment from the cost of the course and by giving away these marketing channels that they do take me time to figure out as much as I enjoy doing it it is a time investment from my side to do it and by sharing it I don't want to like over saturate the market personally I don't think that we're close to that but I do think if there were to be like thousands of people all doing the same exactly the same marketing strategies that I've developed it's it harms everyone
So I'm planning on increasing the price of the course as well to limit the number of entries that we have come into into the group as well and I I have no reservations or no concerns at all about charging two thousand dollars for a course because again like the results just speak to themselves like it's really quite easy to make back this type of it's very easy to make a return on investment even just proving in front of you within the first week you can pull off like these types of numbers and I do think like OnlyFans is such a an insane like still to this day I think OnlyFans is such an insane opportunity
Like this model that we've just taken on she will do 20 to 30k this month in the first month in like the launch process that is what I'm expecting her to do that's profit as well this isn't me checking off some revenue numbers like ecommerce or drop shipping that is profit is money that is going into the bank and I just don't know of any other business opportunities like this yeah I I think the biggest issue that people have though is growing out OnlyFans account because it's quite a it's competitive look we can say that but the truth is at least in my opinion of the girls and a lot of agencies as well have they're not from a marketing background they don't really know what they're doing
So that is why the course for me is focused on the marketing and the promotional aspect of running an OnlyFans agency because for me that is the hardest part and I think it is for everyone else you have to figure out a way to cut through the noise the recruitment is not it's not difficult it's really not I have I have about two to three girls every single day in my inbox asking for OnlyFans management which means that there's huge demand like I'm not even actively recruiting girls and we have them reaching out to me and these are like these are really good looking girls like I had an internationally published model in my DMs the other day asking for management
We get a lot of cam girls who have retired who are looking for caming takes eight to 12 hours per day and they're looking for a similar earnings potential they're happy working in the sex industry and but OnlyFans can be a bit more hands-off for them anyway so I've gone completely completely off topic all existing members will get access to the course and all of the material that goes along with that so everyone who has paid like 500 you will automatically get access to all of the new course content and everything there there's literally not nothing to worry about at all
And I guess in going over like what is going to change and what is like the new what am I planning to do so we're going to do like a makeover of all of the marketing channels that I've spoken about discussing the exact or like giving away the exact strategies that we're using to grow girls at the moment in video format so for example we have this girl now that I mentioned about three times already now I'm documenting in real time growing out her profile in front of you which I think just offers a more seamless learning experience if you can see like step by step the process that we're going through the chatting that we're doing the marketing strategies that we're using the upsells coming in the type of content that we're selling and how we actually structure the OnlyFans account as well
Like I think that makes yeah just like a much more integrated kind of learning experience if you can actually see me doing it in front of you and growing an OnlyFans profile in front of you rather than just talking on camera and talking from my experience so we're literally in the process of doing that now and I want to literally release that as part of the course so I'll cut it down because there's quite a lot of content at the moment to just be like the kind of core steps and core information but I think it's quite an interesting journey to to record nonetheless
And then yeah just going more in detail as well I've had a lot of requests for help on the automation side of things a lot of people know me from like my automation software marketing background so a lot of people are interested to do a bit more in the course on like the process automation and building out scripts and bots and so on for promotion and automating business processes so I plan on going a little bit more in detail onto like the some of the processes and automations that we use and like the more technical side of things and like how we build those out so for anyone who's interested they will get access to that side of the content as well
Of course if you're not interested in programming or the technical side of things it's not going to be that interesting for you but I personally think it's a fantastic skill to have and then on top of that we'll also go more in detail into the like the upsell strategy and what we actually do there I was always a little bit hesitant of giving away our sexting sequences because we even had like situations just across our own models where the same customer would subscribe to multiple models that we have just like by coincidence and they would get the exact same sexting and upsell sequences and they would very quickly click on that these are like template messages
So I was always like quite hesitant about releasing the exact same messages to like a group of 200 people because of course it would become a become an issue but I'm basically going to walk through the entire strategy and give generic template messages that that should be changed as part of the upsell strategy because otherwise everyone's going to run into the exact same problem yeah other than that this is also I'd be very interested to have some feedback from people like I've got a load of like people in the group as well that I have like my own list of kind of common questions and things that I want to go a bit more in detail on
To like for example the TikTok strategy I always get the same questions which means that I didn't explain the setup process for that so I have like a list of things I want to go over but I'm also interested are there any points that people would like me to to really add into the course any areas that are for example like payout strategy is also something that will be included because that's also something I often get questions about we have a strategy for getting international women who aren't supported by OnlyFans to get them an OnlyFans account there's literally so much stuff that we can cover
Yeah this is like the update video mostly to stop the panic like every anyone who has purchased like the existing OnlyFans course you're going to be like migrated over there's absolutely nothing to worry about there I also want to move everything over to Kajabi which will offer like a better learning experience like a more interactive learning experience for everyone and yeah personally I feel that this is like a good move a good move for me to make I'm very happy with how like the kind of like community that we have on Telegram is growing and how everything is going there and personally OnlyFans is going better for me than ever before
Yes I'm not saying any negatives in terms of like over saturation I made a video on this before I keep getting people asking me do you think that it's becoming oversaturated like OnlyFans is like 500 000 new signups per day it's like the last statistic that I saw they're seeing just absolutely insane growth and I think it's I think now is as good of a time as any and it is a great space to be in like I said from this model that we launched last week will get her up to 20 to 30k per month within the first month and I just don't know of other businesses that can offer that type of recurring income with no or like minimal setup fees the ability to work from anywhere no need for like huge teams and all of the complexities that come with going out of business
Like I do really believe this is the most straightforward business that I've come across and the other thing that that we're seeing now is I have a ton of ecommerce guys who have sold their ecommerce companies and now they're moving into into the OnlyFans space as well so I do believe this is like in terms of for a cash flow business I believe this is a great place to be if you're looking for exit value of a business I think you're in the wrong place which is actually one of the reasons why I like offering our like OnlyFans marketing agency because it's not directly tied to the adult space I can potentially get some like exit value out of it in a few years time
Whereas I don't believe that will be the case with OnlyFans specific businesses if you wanted to go down that route you'd be much better off growing out like a influencer marketing agency that does OnlyFans as well yeah sorry again gone completely off topic other than that I hope that is is clear for everyone like I'm really looking forward to putting this together and sharing some of the new the new things that we've been working on I think it's going to take me definitely like a couple of weeks to put this together like I'm tying up somewhere like the other projects I have going on and like I said we're documenting this model in real time growing out her account we're six seven seven days in now sorry seven days in so I want to record like the entire first month going through like step by step and literally just show you where we get her to
