Building an OnlyFans agency

Today I thought we could talk about one of the businesses I got into quite recently and why it could be a good place for you to get started in your marketing making money online career. So this is what I'm talking about is managing OnlyFans accounts so essentially setting up like an OnlyFans agency. And before you think that like the business is very weird or there's like some I don't know judgment around it I'll just explain like a few things. For anyone who isn't aware of what OnlyFans is let's start off with that.

It is a platform that allows content creators to offer a sort of premium I guess like paid access to content that they don't put on Instagram and so on. So it wasn't originally intended to be what it became. It was a place where for example I could offer my YouTube subscribers premium videos on some advanced marketing things and so on so a way for influencers to monetize their audience. So an influencer can make a website and an OnlyFans page and people will then subscribe to see the content behind it.

It was a UK startup and it didn't take very long for these good-looking girls to realize that they could make a lot of money by posting naked pictures of themselves videos and so on and guys were willing to pay a lot of money to access it because these girls their inboxes just flooded with like requests from creepy men and it was a very smart move and a very like easy thing for them to monetize. So there's girls out there making insane amounts of money. I'm sure some of you will even know some people or perhaps a friend of a friend they know some OnlyFans who's making thirty thousand fifty thousand hundred thousand dollars per month just for posting some selfies on OnlyFans.

In the UK I think pretty much every girl has a friend in this group of friends or their friend knows of someone who is doing very very well on OnlyFans and you can see it like pretty much all across Instagram on these like influencers profiles they are monetizing their audience through OnlyFans which I'm completely fine with by the way. I have no judgment towards it at all. In fact I think like they've just seen a business opportunity there's demand that these guys are in their inboxes asking for new pictures sending dick pics and whatever else and they've seen a way to make money and I'm completely behind it.

So where there's like an opportunity for someone to set up an OnlyFans agency is most girls on OnlyFans do not make any money and if you want to know how I know this it's because OnlyFans tells you what percentage of creators you're in. So to be like for example if I set up a new account when it makes its first five dollars it will be in the top eighty percent of creators. When it makes its first twenty dollars it will be in the top twenty percent of OnlyFans creators globally.

Let me just say that again. To be in the top twenty percent of earners on OnlyFans you only need to make twenty dollars which means most of these girls eighty percent of them do not even make twenty dollars off of their OnlyFans creator account. Perhaps they don't post any content and so on which is like definitely a factor. But as much as the people will talk about they know someone making thirty thousand fifty thousand hundred k a month like I said but everyone else doesn't get spoken about.

So if you're making over like ten thousand dollars per month you are in the top two percent or top one percent of OnlyFans creators which is great but it just means that other 99 are making nowhere near that. So it's just something to clear up and be aware of. So just want to go on making an OnlyFans it doesn't instantly mean that she's going to make loads of money. So the next step of that is as an OnlyFans agency you can you can sort of step in and the reason that they don't make any money it has nothing to do with looks by the way.

It will often be to do with it in fact always is to do with promotion. They don't know how to promote themselves and if they have like an Instagram audience and they're happy for people to know that they're doing OnlyFans they are the girls who are in the top 1 generally unless they're working with like an agency because they already have a group of people. But for your everyday girl who wants to make money on OnlyFans they need some method of promotion and social media works great for them.

So the girls that don't make any money is because they're not they just don't know how to market themselves and promote their account. So as an OnlyFans agency there's a few things you can solve for for these girls. As an example the girls signed up they've made an OnlyFans themselves they haven't even made twenty dollars which again is eighty percent of women on OnlyFans and they've just sort of given up and just moved away from it. Perhaps they're I don't know feeling a little bit insecure or like they just know that one of their friends is making a ton of money on there and they couldn't and like yeah who wouldn't feel bad about that.

So the way that you can sort of step in is by offering them to promote their OnlyFans. You will become essentially a marketing agency which is all that it is. It just so happens to be the product is OnlyFans but you're literally just doing social media promotion doing everything everyday marketing agency would do to promote any other type of product but in this case the end product is subscribing to an OnlyFans girl. And the other thing that you can offer them is anonymity. So the thing that I generally the girls who work for me they've tried OnlyFans by themselves before they haven't had any success out of it or they make a little bit of money at most like a couple of hundred dollars maybe a few thousand dollars.

But they haven't and so what you can offer them is you will make an independent account for them that's not linked to their personal identity. So you need their passport and ID in order to verify it register the account but aside from that you can use a fake name for the person. Think of what most porn stars do they won't use their real name it's a second identity that they've made for themselves. And so by doing that they can remain anonymous and they don't get any of the shame of doing OnlyFans from perhaps their friends maybe their family are following them on Instagram perhaps they have like people they work with who are following them and they don't want people to know about it but they are interested in earning money from OnlyFans and you can offer that to them.

You will make a fresh Instagram account fresh Twitter account fresh Reddit account any other TikTok as well any other social platforms that you want and you will handle growing the account as well as doing all of the content. And the other thing that you will do and where most of the money is made by the way it's not from OnlyFans subscriptions that will be about 25 of your revenue it's from the upsells within the platform. So people will pay a monthly fee. The other great thing about this as well in my opinion this is like the easiest subscription business to get started with.

It is so easy in fact because you know in my other subscription businesses you have to make a service like you have to invest a lot of money in building out a software platform as we did with Notifier. It took us a year year and a half to get to the point where we had a product a software platform that we can actually start to sell as a subscription or in any of the other subscription businesses you need something to sell and it takes time. It either takes time or money to have something that people are willing to pay a monthly subscription for.

Whereas with this you can find a girl today and make an OnlyFans account for her and start making recurring revenue online. There's not many opportunities like that at all. In fact I can't think of any. It's really really quite unique. So don't look at it as I don't know the negative side of it. Yes it's working in the adult entertainment business but it's a huge industry. You're treating this as a business. You are a marketing agency. These girls need help promoting getting more fans getting people to pay a monthly subscription to them and that is the service that you're providing.

You can then also go into it a little bit deeper. These girls generally have no idea about business taxes just anything in that realm and if you can solve that headache for them. So you're literally the only thing that they need to do is you will send like a content calendar to them like I need a list of these I need this content to put out this month. Some of it will be for OnlyFans some of it will be let's call it teaser content for Instagram for TikTok for Reddit for Twitter.

You ask her to provide you with these pictures she will do it for you. Perhaps you have like custom video requests from clients as well which is like a very common thing. These guys they'll pay 50 100 200 for this girl to be like doing something and like saying the guy's name or something. There can be various different things. There are some really funny upsells selling used underwear there's all sorts of stuff going on and personally I'm very happy to make money out of people's desires people's fetishes.

Essentially it is very very easy to make money on very very easy to monetize. And so by even just once you have the guy in on a subscription they want to talk to the girl they want to engage with the girl but you will handle all of that for the girl. They don't want to be sitting there replying back and forwards these are corny guys all day like sending over their like dick pics and you have to say how great it is. The girl doesn't want to do this.

That's the other service that you're offering. You will handle all of the incoming messages all of the flirty back and forward talk but you're also approaching this from like a marketing revenue perspective. You're getting as much money out of this customer as possible but you're the one doing all of the talking. If you ask for a custom video you have the girl on WhatsApp and you send a message to the girl saying I need this custom video can you send this over for me today. You are the manager and content planner and you are literally just the only thing that the girl is providing is the content.

And you can charge for example in my case I will charge a 50 50 split to offer all of that as a service. The girls the models are working with you on OnlyFans the only thing that they're doing is providing content. You're saying I need this this this and this they will send it over to you. Perhaps if it's Christmas for example you could do like a Christmas theme shoot where she's dressed up as an elf or Santa like you completely understand the direction I'm going with.

So all they're doing is providing new content. It's your job to promote and spread this and bring people to her OnlyFans and then it's also your job to upsell them on other content. It's a subscription business so you can earn recurring revenue which is like I don't do any pretty much any business that isn't recurring revenue. You can get started today and it's very easy. Not so easy actually but it's not hard to promote. So if you're working as an affiliate for other services it can get like really quite crowded whereas on OnlyFans every girl is like unique right and it's just a large enough industry.

Adult industry I don't even know what the numbers are it is a huge industry one of the biggest in the world. There's enough space for you to come in and make a really really good living and not only that you're going to learn marketing. So like one of the problems and the reason I'm actually making this video is that people are generally quite interested in like easy money. It's now really really popular to look at like there's nothing wrong with that either like it's smart to look for an easy solution to things.

I always do that. It's also how I got into automation because it's a smart way of saving time and tackling problems. However there is something to be said for like the hustle the grind putting in the hours building a business. It just builds you as a person. You're going to learn new skills. And like the different for example someone who's become a millionaire through through crypto like just just like a random example they say they put in 10 or 20,000 and they then become a millionaire from that.

They're going to be a very different caliber of person. It might be a much lower caliber of person. They're just not going to have had the experiences compared to someone who built a business started from zero and grew that back to a million dollars per year. It's very very different. The first person a lot of it was like they didn't say that they think they're very clever but let's be honest it's things that are out of their control and often the question is could they do it again.

If they lost all that money could they do it again in crypto or some of these like passive income streams opportunity based. Whereas someone who understands how to build a business someone like me for example is a very comfortable feeling to know that you can set up a business. If I lost everything in fact I was going to make a little series on this of starting from zero that you can make everything back that you can set up a business and you you just have the skills to bring in customers to have the ideas.

And also it will lead you onto more things. A question that people say is they haven't got ideas for businesses and in my opinion it will be because you aren't you're not doing enough you're not like diversified enough. Like every single day I'm seeing opportunities to make money and new businesses new things I can build and make because I just work across so many different things. My own problems I have on a day-to-day basis I will have ideas for solutions for them and I'll write them down on my project page.

I try not to take on too much at once but they're all written down as ideas that I have that one day I will choose to go into. So you should have a lack of ideas for making money at all there you should have too many ideas. This is a problem I have. You have too many ideas and then it's your job to prioritize what are the ones that offer the most potential for you either financially or through learning and what are the ones that align most with your goals in life and that should be the way that I prioritize the projects that I work on.

But with OnlyFans this is sort of for people who if they haven't they're not sure what to work on they're looking for a way to make money online perhaps getting started I believe this is a fantastic opportunity. Like I'll make passive technically passive income of it now. For example this is a Tinder account that's here like whilst we're talking which is owned by one of the girls I manage and all day is going off. She's got about 10,000 likes. It will be people messaging her all day and I don't even have to do anything for this.

Like I don't know for example whilst okay yeah even though whilst we've been sitting sitting here you have a new fan on OnlyFans. That's someone who has now subscribed whilst I'm sitting here doing nothing. And also the way to promote these girls is going to be through Instagram through Twitter through TikTok Tinder. Tinder also works well. Yeah you can literally start to have an income stream and start making some money online today. It's going to be a subscription business so you're going to have to solve the issue of acquisition activating this customer revenue providing more upsells and so on referrals.

It's going to be a bit difficult often they're a bit shy about telling people that they use OnlyFans and then also own retention like because this is a subscription business again you can send out messages to all of your expired customers. And just by doing this I think you're going to give yourself quite a lot of experience on like social media promotion how to market something. And this I wouldn't do this business like forever. It has no like exit potential but there's some a way of making like some easy one.

It's definitely definitely good. And my plan is to actually just have a team that does this so they manage all of the promotion of each of the girls because now I've like validated the idea. Then you also have like a team who are dealing with all the incoming OnlyFans messages and doing upsells and so on. So I plan on like pushing this out and automating this all together. Currently the main part that I've automated is the acquisition acquisition of new customers. I also have ways of like actually getting girls to finding girls to do this isn't very difficult by the way.

The harder part is finding the customers. It really is. When once people are happy to spend money on adult entertainment bearing in mind how much free adult content is out there it becomes they have so much choice and the hard part is making making someone spend money on your girls compared to someone else's because it's just such a wide variety of options. This is the same problem that you're having a lot of different businesses so it's a problem that you'll have to solve. You can find girls to do this or if like perhaps potentially if someone wanted to start a business I could work out some agreement where they promoted my girls to learn this skill set.

So for anyone who hasn't got anything to work on this is a really it's a good way to make money. You can take a percentage of the of the income. And I've got guys I'm part of a group where there's about 600 guys and this this is what they do for a business they manage OnlyFans girls. Some of them their girls bringing in 100k a month others quite common for their girls to bring in 10k a month and 50k. Some of the guys he will manage generally multiple girls.

One of the guys he was sent 40,000 by this girl's sugar daddy and he gets a percentage of it. It is an interesting space to be in. The only downside of it is that it's in like the adult entertainment industry so your business won't really have much exit value. It will be a fraction of what it was. And the only other thing is managing the girls can be a little bit difficult. Remember you need to send them to send you over content and so on. If you're with the girls in person in real life it's going to be much much easier.

Two of the girls I manage both international and it just one of them is really good the other one is quite slow to send over content which means that you miss out on like upsell opportunities and so on. But yeah I hope this has shed some some light into it. Like I said I think for a sort of playground for someone to get started in earning money online I think it is a great space. It needs no capital to get started and you can literally start making money today and there is demand for this as a service because the girls just don't know how to promote themselves and they will make more money by working with you if you're working full time on promoting these girls online they will make more money.
