$9.3k on day 7: first Gumroad payout, $250/hour automations, CVX

Day 7 of zero to $1 million is about $9.3k. I have been on the OnlyFans course more than on YouTube. $3,000 of that is the course. The rest is automation clients, consults, and a Tinder account job I finally got working.

The interesting part is not the total. It is which dollars have actually arrived, which rails I refuse to use, and where the first $580 already sits.

$3,000 on Gumroad so Stripe does not see the course

I do not usually sell through Gumroad. An OnlyFans course is the kind of product Stripe treats as high-risk. I did not want that next to the rest of the account.

$3,000 in sales. $2,722 after Gumroad fees. First payout: $1,361. Another $1,361 still pending. Sales are not a launch spike. One comes in every day or every other day while I keep recording and releasing modules.

Monzo will not take USD, so the payout goes to Wise Business

The bank I showed earlier is Monzo. It is a UK account. It will not let me withdraw US dollars. Converting there, or sending it through PayPal, is a bad rate.

I opened a Wise Business account. Multi-currency, fast transfers. Monzo’s own international rails sit on top of Wise anyway. I can also open accounts in other jurisdictions from the same product. I am pulling the Gumroad payout there. Same-day would be ideal. I will not film the transfer. That screen is banking details.

$2,500 paid, $2,750 still a quote, $250 an hour

Two automation clients. One invoice was $2,500. It cleared yesterday. The second is $2,750, Canada. I still have to write that quote.

Rate is $250 an hour. One job is email validation and verification. The other is the omnichannel social outreach flow I already show on the channel. About two days of work. About $5,000.

Course sales plus that first invoice put us around $8,000 before the Tinder line. I am calling the series $9.3k.

Next: 10–11 hours on the paid build. Same day, send the Canada quote — another 10–11 hours, maybe more, another $2,500 when it lands. A few more clients want builds.

The Tinder client can scale. They can also cancel

The Tinder accounts were broken. That is solved. This client is deep in OnlyFans — high six figures a month — and they will put money into anything I can make work. I expect them to order a lot of accounts.

That can become a large staff business. I already sold one with 140 employees. The failure mode is a single buyer. I can spend months hiring and they can walk. Other clients exist. Concentration is still the risk.

$580 in Cisco. CVX from $13 to $40

The first cash from Tinder accounts and consultation calls — about $580 — went into Cisco. A call I have liked for a while. It had already done something like a 10x from the original call. Today the position is $586, up about $20. It was higher. The market is down.

Friends who live in crypto think this year is harder than last year. Their plan is to short a lot of the DeFi schemes.

I already made money on Llama Airforce. APR is down today. I have tripled on Convex (CVX). I bought around $13. It is around $40. I am looking at putting more in. This is not advice.

CVX is a lock that gives you vote weight. If you do not want to vote, Votium lets other people bribe you for those votes. A wrapper takes about 2% to run that. I will pay that. The screen was 50% APR the other day. Even 36% I take, and if you get paid in CVX while the token is also going up, the real rate is higher.

Fiat into CVX on this size is ugly: Ethereum, then a DEX, then gas that eats a $580 ticket. So this increment stays in Cisco. As Gumroad and PayPal keep clearing into Wise, later size goes into CVX. First $10k should print in the next few days.

High risk because the clock is the point

If this were the only money I had, I would be something like 70% Ethereum and Bitcoin. For a series that is trying to earn a million dollars quickly, I am taking the higher-volatility names. A 3x on CVX this year is more plausible than the same move on the large caps — same shape as Solana last year, $9 to about $220 for people I know.

I do not expect zero to a million in a couple of months. Higher risk raises the chance of that headline and the chance it goes the other way. If this sleeve goes to zero it does not change my life. I am not throwing it at pure gambles. 36% APR plus token upside is the thesis. Do your own research.

Sell the 140-person agency as a kit, not as another 140-person company

The OnlyFans course is the first course I have shipped. Feedback in email has been fine. The next product I keep circling is the Instagram marketing agency I sold.

140 employees. Grown too big, too fast. Co-founder disagreement on direction. We had to downsize. Turnover was about $450k–$500k a month — that is not profit. Google Ads spend was about $200k a month. Across that business we spent about $5 million on ads. I have been building companies like this since I was 18 or 19. Zero to 140 people in just under a year.

I have a non-compete. I cannot open another Instagram marketing agency. I can sell the machine: Integromat (Make.com) scenarios, follow-up sequences, onboarding, the Google Ads campaign structure.

If I ran it again I would not chase $200k–$300k a month profit. That target is why it took so long to get paid. I would run a smaller team and take $30k–$50k a month profit, a few hours a week, not a second headcount monster. Same worry I have with the Tinder farm.

Google treated the company as a VIP. Credit was up to 60 days, about 45 on average because you settle at month-end. That float is how you grow that fast. I built the campaigns. They can be packaged.

Social is a large enough market that selling the same kit to several buyers is not fatal. I do not want to go back and operate it. I already did the biggest version of that business more than once. There is money in it. There is not much left for me to learn. I like the first months of a company. I could also sit in for the first few weeks as a consultant and put the pieces in place.

Hey guys, so back on to our series of going from zero to one million dollars. I haven't had that much content I've been putting out on YouTube. What I've been focused on mostly is putting together the OnlyFans course, which we've actually brought in three thousand dollars in sales from, and I'm continuously preparing new content and releasing that and pushing that out. So that three thousand dollars is just taking a little bit of time to clear and I was just waiting for that money to come through. $2,722 after fees, after Gumroad fees. If you're asking why I'm using gumroad.com, I never normally do. The OnlyFans course, let's say it's a little bit — I think it would be considered a high-risk business by Stripe, so I didn't want to run it through my Stripe account because I thought it could lead to the account getting shut down, which just causes all sorts of other problems. So anyway, they've made our first payout, which is $1,361.

Which is nice. Unfortunately the bank that I showed you before, Monzo, it's a UK bank and you cannot withdraw any US currency. I could go through the process of converting it but I don't really want to. I will just get destroyed by PayPal, for want of a better word. So I've just set up a brand new Wise account. For anyone who doesn't know, Wise is probably my favorite banking service actually, up there with Monzo, but the benefit of Wise is it's completely international. You can use so many different currencies, very very fast transfers. I think Monzo's international transferring feature is actually built on top of Wise. Anyway, you can also set up offshore bank accounts and I think it's never been easier. Such a good banking system with some of these offshore jurisdictions, so I won't go too much into that, but I highly recommend it. I think I can actually invite, and yeah I think I can earn 50 pounds anyone that I invite, so maybe I'll put that in the description to help this series. Yeah if we can sign up 200,000 members that would be the series finished. That's one, two thousand, twenty thousand — sorry, it's going completely off topic.

So I'm going to withdraw the money over into Wise Business. I don't know quite how long it will take for it to come through. If it's the same day I'll really be quite happy. And then if we're going back into our investment portfolio, I made a story where we were buying Cisco, which is a recommendation that I've had for quite a while. It's already done like a 10x since it was initially called, but I still think that there's a lot of room for it to continue to grow, depending on how this year goes in crypto as a whole. I think it's going to be quite an interesting year, and my friends who are very deep in crypto, they're saying it's not going to be as easy as last year and they're actually planning to make money by shorting quite a lot of the Ponzi schemes that exist in the DeFi space. Sorry, it's taking a very long time to load.

So yeah, anyway I put about $580 into Cisco, which was the initial money that came in from creating the Tinder accounts and from doing the consultation calls. So currently we're up twenty dollars. If that will capture it — we were actually up a bit more, it doesn't want to do it. Anyway we're up $20, it says $586 there, but Cisco was actually higher, just the market's come down a little bit today, so we were up a fair amount more.

And then I'll just run over our accounts. So yeah, we have in Gumroad we've been paid out $1,361. We're still pending another $1,361. The OnlyFans course is up there and it's bringing in sales consistently every single day. It's not that people went all in and jumped on it at the very start, but every day or every other day it's bringing in a sale.

Stripe balance is currently — sorry, PayPal balance is there, and then Stripe. I've got two clients currently. They're both signing up, they both want different things, and one of them is a $2,500 invoice and the other one is $2,750. And in fact it looks like that may have been paid yesterday. Yeah it has. So we brought in $2,500 yesterday from one of the clients and I just need to prepare a quote and send it over to the second client who's based in Canada. These are for automations to be built, by the way. My hourly rate is $250. And they both want slightly different automations, but one of them is for email validation and verification and the other one is like what you normally see on my channel, like an omnichannel or social media outreach flow. So that's quite an easy like five thousand dollars is two days' work.

And then we have the course sales as well, which brings us up to eight thousand dollars, plus the other Tinder account creation client that I had — and still have, sorry, not had. And I figured out a way to get the accounts to work. So before I think I mentioned I was figuring out a way to get it to work. I've solved that problem now and I think that they will end up ordering a lot of accounts. They're very, very well connected in the OnlyFans space. They do very, very well themselves. I'm not sure of their exact turnover, but well over six figures per month. High six figures I would say actually. And yeah, so they're basically happy to invest money in anything that I can make the money from. So now that I've solved this problem I'm expecting this to scale out, and this could also potentially turn into another very high-staff business like the last one that I sold with 140 employees. But also with that being said, they could cancel at any point in time. So there's a single point of failure. I mean of course I can look to take on other clients and so on, but that is the one sort of downside of it, is that I could spend time building out this large team and then potentially they can cancel any time. So that is the risk for me basically.

Anyway we're generally in quite a good position. I'm quite happy with where we're at currently, money coming in and so on. And as soon as money comes in there's a few different projects I'm interested in. What was the name of this — Llama Airforce. This is a token that I've actually already made quite a bit of money on. The APR's actually down a little bit today. I've tripled my money on my investment in CVX. CVX is something that sort of holds up the — in fact I don't want to give anyone investment advice, but I am actively invested in CVX, and it's currently around the $40 mark. I was buying it at $13, but I'm actually thinking now I've come across this to put even more money in. I'm still quite confident of it going up even further this year. But it's DeFi. Look, it's high risk. Absolutely do your own research. Don't please don't put a load of money in and if it doesn't play out come back to me saying I told you to invest. Absolutely do your own research.

But with this particular project you can earn what are called bribes. It's a decentralized token, so based on how many tokens you have you have a right to vote on what you want the protocol to do and what you want them to prioritize. So the number of tokens that you have gives you a certain amount of voting power. But if you're not interested in voting yourself, you can put them up on a platform called Votium and it will allow people to bribe you to get your votes. It's quite a basic explanation of it, but hopefully that gives you some idea of how it works. So that is where this percentage is coming from. And this is a protocol that will manage it for you and they will just take like a two percent fee, which personally I'm absolutely fine with.

So my investment strategy, like I said, if we're trying to earn like a million dollars quite quickly, I'm going to be putting this money into, let's call them, higher-risk projects. Whereas if this was my only source of income and my only money, I would be much more diversified across perhaps 70 percent in Ethereum and Bitcoin, you know, like the big boys that are generally, as much as they go up and down, they're not as volatile as something like this. But of course this offers much more opportunity to make money. It's unlikely, not impossible, but I would say it's far more likely that the CVX or something like this achieves like a 3x this year. You know, something like we saw with Solana last year where guys I know were buying in at like nine dollars and I think it peaked at around $220 last year. So this is sort of something like that. But again it's high risk. Do your own research.

If I lose this money I won't be upset at all personally. It makes no impact on my life at all, and I would much rather achieve this goal of like one million dollars earned in a faster way. You know, this is just a bit of a fun project for me. So for example, not that I think this will happen, but it will look very good if I went from zero to a million dollars in a couple of months, which I don't expect that to happen at all, but by exposing myself to higher-risk projects I increase the chances of that happening, but I also increase the chances of the opposite, of it really not going my way.

But anyway in general I think this is actually quite a — I'm not interested in throwing money around just in complete gambles. I believe this is a good place to hold your money right now. This was up at 50 the other day, but even 30, 36 APR I would absolutely take. I think it's a really good investment. Plus if you're expecting the token CVX to go up as well, which I already do, and you can then earn interest on your CVX and get paid out in CVX, you are actually earning a much higher percentage than that.

So yeah, that's what I'm going to do now. I need to integrate PayPal and Wise to pull out this money, so I won't record that. It's going to have the banking details and everything. But I'll put some money into probably into Cisco, because unless I can find a way of easily converting from fiat into CVX — but I think I'm going to have to go into Ethereum and then use a DeFi exchange to actually convert, and it's going to be very high gas fees. And just for such a small amount of money as this, I think it makes sense to me to have exposure in Cisco. So in fact that is what I'm going to do. And then as soon as this money keeps coming out and clearing I think I'm going to keep pushing into CVX. So we should have our first 10k very soon, in the next few days in fact. So I'm quite happy with that.

On another note as well, putting together a course has actually been quite interesting. I've never done it before, but I've had some emails and private feedback and everything's been quite positive. But one other opportunity I was thinking of for me to make a course is, for example, I have this business I sold with 140 employees, which was a social media marketing agency. And the reason I sold it is due to a disagreement with my co-founder on the direction that we should take the business in. Basically the business had to downsize. We'd grown it too big too quickly. However there was still — the business was turning over about 450, 500k per month. Turnover, sorry, that's not profit. But it stood to make a lot of money, especially if it was managed slightly differently, at least in my opinion.

However I have a non-compete on this particular business, so I'm not allowed to make another Instagram marketing agency. But I was thinking of even generating a course, because I built out all of the scenarios, I built out the entire marketing strategy behind Google Ads, how the campaign structure and how that is all set up. And this was a business that was spending about 200k per month on Google Ads. But you could do it at a much smaller scale. And if I was to do it again I would actually do it at a smaller scale. I would have a smaller team, run the marketing at a smaller level. I think I mentioned this in a previous video. And I would have this doing like 30 to 50k per month in profit. I wouldn't be worrying — what we were trying to do is bring in like 200k per month profit or 300k per month profit, and the negative of that is that it took us so long to do it that it would have been much better for us to have been earning profit from the start and going with these smaller amounts. And it could have been turned into not 100% passive, but definitely something that just required a few hours per week if we took that approach. And that is what I wanted to do anyway.

I have a non-compete on this, but what I was thinking is I could — I don't even know what the word for this is — not just a course, almost like a copy business, because I have all of this stuff already. And what it would mean is, of course if multiple people buy it you're setting up multiple competitors, but this is in the social media space. It's just a big enough market that I don't think it would be too much of an impact. So I was potentially thinking about making a course that almost came as a pre-packaged business with Integromat scenarios, follow-up sequences, onboarding, all the various different things that I learned. I think we spent about five million dollars on ads on that particular business. I've set up companies like this for the past seven years. Since I was about 18 or 19 years old is when I did the first one, so I know this industry really quite well. So that would be like another potential revenue stream.

Also because I don't want a huge people-based business as well, which is also what I'm thinking about with this Tinder thing. Have I just moved from one huge team business to setting up another one? So but we'll see. But I'm not really interested in going back into this industry where, for me, I feel like I've already sort of conquered it. I've had the biggest business there multiple, multiple times. There's not much personal growth or development for me. However it doesn't mean there's not money to be made. So I again would just be selling a money-making opportunity with all of the templates on how you actually set this up, the Integromat flows, acquisition channels, and all of the ways that I use to grow this into a multi-million dollar business within a couple of months even. It went from zero to 140 employees in just under a year, so it offers very, very rapid growth.

And the other benefit of that business is that it opened up a lot of opportunities where, for example with Google, we were like a VIP — or at least the company still is, I've sold it so I'm not anymore — but it was a VIP, had VIP service from Google Ads, so we had a large credit limit where we had like up to 60 days. I think it averaged out about 45 days actually, because you had to pay back at the end of the month, to pay back the Google Ads bills. So that allowed for very, very fast growth. And of course I built the entire campaign, so I'm able to pre-package it and sell it. So if there is some demand there I would be happy to turn that into not just a course — yeah, almost what I'm doing with the OnlyFans business, giving you all of the Integromat scenarios, automations, the lessons that I learned from doing this, just because they're businesses that I'm not running anymore. Because I am generally quite interested in personal development over pure financial gain. I like to learn new things. Creating businesses is the thing that I enjoy. It's actually building something. I enjoy the really early stages of a company.

And then on top of that I could also do consulting work. For example, like I said, I've literally been doing these businesses for like nine, ten years, these social media agencies. So I could also come in as a consultant and help you just even set up the business, just for the first few weeks, literally put everything in place. So if people are interested in that, that is something I've been thinking about recently. Am I wasting an opportunity here for someone else? Because there's a lot of money to be made. It's just not something I want to actively pursue and invest time in.

Yeah, other than that, look, I'm going to put this into Cisco. The whole market's down at the moment still, so I could actually put into anything and probably get some decent returns. I need to start working on — I'll build out this automation for this particular client. It will be about 10, 11 hours. And then I will also prepare a quote today to send over to the other client, which is also going to be again about 10, 11 hours, maybe a little bit more actually. But yeah, and so that will be like another $2,500 that we have come in. And then there's a few other clients who want some things built as well. So all in all looking quite good. I'm generally quite happy with where we are. Like 10k in the first month. In fact we're only a couple of weeks into this, so there's still plenty of opportunity to earn some. Yeah, let me take care of this. I'll keep you updated on any progress on my end with the investments and so on. As always, thank you for watching.
