11 must-have tools for OnlyFans agencies and managers

Hey guys, today I wanted to go through my top tools. 11 tools that I'm going to provide you with, tools, software and plugins for OnlyFans agencies and OnlyFans creators. I've always been like a bit of an early adopter. I love trying out new software, like new whatever plugins, things that come available. I've really enjoyed testing out everything on the market.

We're in quite an interesting space with the OnlyFans industry as well, where we're starting to see it become a lot more mainstream, which means there's more innovation and we're seeing more interesting like software and technology coming onto the market. Rather than sorting by any order of personal preference, I've just sorted this list based on how frequently I use these tools, which I think is generally a pretty pretty good indicator.

So the bottom ones are the tools that I think are like worth having on your radar, but I'm not actively using them. As we get higher and higher up the list we'll get into the most frequently used tools that I literally use on like a daily basis.

So the first one is going to be Fansly. Fansly is an alternative to OnlyFans. I'd suggest every single person here to open a Fansly account for any serious creatives that they're working with, or if you're a creator yourself I suggest you to have it as a backup option. I don't really expect OnlyFans to disappear. I know that we had the issue previously with them talking of banning pornography, but that wasn't actually down to OnlyFans, that was from their payment gateways, them not being able to process payments. They were forced into that. I don't see that happening, but then again I don't think there's any harm in having a backup option.

So for all of our large creators I will set up a backup Fansly which we also put on the Linktree. We don't really push it, we don't really promote it at all. They're all verified accounts. They maybe have a small amount of income, a small number of subscribers, but it's more so that if you just ever have any issues with OnlyFans you just instantly have a backup that you can turn on and it should minimize the amount of revenue that you miss out on. Alternatively if OnlyFans ever was to actually shut down you're not going to be like scrambling around trying to build up your social proof and your presence there and uploading all of your content. I think it's just a common sense move to have Fansly set up and verified as a backup.

Next up is onlyfinder.com. This is essentially a directory of models that you can search for. They have millions of models on there. You can search by keyword, you can search by location. It can be very useful for recruitment, it can be useful for getting inspiration. By the way I really think it doesn't hurt to go and kind of reverse engineer some of the really good funnels on OnlyFans, some of like the top performers, the top OnlyFans creators. Go and reverse engineer what they're doing. You can learn, you can get some inspiration, and then you can go and apply that to your models as well. But mostly for like recruitment and also for finding collaborations. You can actually look for girls in specific areas, so if you have a model who's willing to collaborate with other girls it's a very easy way to find a list of models that you can send a direct message to and offer some type of collaboration partnership with.

Next up is usestir.com. This is a platform for kind of creators to be able to collaborate with like agencies and professionals. The software isn't specific for OnlyFans at all. It's much more broad in terms of covering creatives in general, but they do have an integration with OnlyFans. Stir essentially handles all of the kind of payments and financial aspect for creators to be working with agencies and so on. So they can handle invoices, they give like automatic splitting of revenue and payout to the correct people. So you can plug in your OnlyFans creatives there and as an agency you can upload like your 50 agreement and Stir will handle the payouts for you. Just 100% something worth looking into.

Infloww. Okay, Infloww offers two different products. One of them is a share for share platform for creators, and the second one is more like a kind of OnlyFans management software built specifically for agencies that's designed to simplify your chatting processes. You can do things like add employees, track revenue, track how much each employee specifically made, as in the specific revenue from each of your chatters, and you can also plug in multiple different inboxes into one Infloww account. All of them are like really good features. I was actually invited to try out their beta by them a couple of months ago. I can't say I really did any like extensive testing. I was actually really quite busy at the time. I was slightly put off by the UI, I do remember that. However the feature set and like the foundation of the product does seem very good. Definitely something worth having on your radar and something that like maybe you want to start exploring yourself, but it's 100% on my radar. The features that they have is good, and especially if they release new updates and future updates, definitely it's something worth exploring.

Next up, OF Autofollower. This is a follow/unfollow tool for OnlyFans. It allows you to target your expired fans on OnlyFans, so when someone doesn't renew their subscription you can actually go and follow them and they will get a notification from you. Supercreator does also offer this feature in fact, and so do a few other tools now. It seems to be getting quite popular. But the one thing that OF Autofollower has, and the main reason that I use this tool, is they have a feature that tries to target new users on OnlyFans and it will go and follow them and they'll get a notification from you. So it's a way of literally doing follow/unfollow, but there's no need to unfollow on OnlyFans. So they will go out and follow new users for you. New people who have joined OnlyFans will receive a notification from you. That is what they try to do. The reason I say try is because it's not 100% successful. Often it will follow other creators. It can follow other females. But all in all it's a pretty good tool.

There's hard limits of about 100 followers per day on OnlyFans. There used to be workarounds for that where we could do like a few thousand per day and that was really good. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore, but you can follow like a few thousand per month. And the one thing that is really good is anyone that you follow you can actually add them to a list and it gives you the ability to start sending pay-per-view content to those people even if they've never engaged with you in the past. So that is like a big plus.

Okay, now getting into the more more interesting stuff. These are the tools that I will use on like a very frequent basis. Postpone is a Reddit scheduling tool specifically made for OnlyFans creators. I'm an active customer. Dashboard is good, just in general very well thought out, as a lot of these products are by the way. A lot of these tools are built specifically for OnlyFans creators and I feel that they're made by people who have actually worked in the industry and actually understand the problems that people face on a day-to-day basis. So it just solves most of the problems that you deal with when working with Reddit. It allows you to repost top performing content, it deletes low performing posts, it also offers like some automation, some basic automations and so on. Generally just a really easy way to do like mass scheduling of Reddit.

Next up is Snaptik. Quite a basic tool to be honest and very well known at this point actually, but it's still a very common question that I actually get, on not quite a daily basis but definitely multiple times per week, is what is the best way of downloading TikTok content without a watermark. I would say like the go-to tool is probably Snaptik. There are multiple ways that you can do it. If you wanted to download bulk content I would suggest you build out a type of scraper and maybe like an API integration, but if you're just looking at downloading like a couple of TikToks per day, Snaptik is completely free to use. It will download the TikToks in HD without a watermark. So yeah, great tool.

Again, now getting into some more interesting tools. Let's talk about Fansmetric. Fansmetric provides OnlyFans analytics. Most people in the OnlyFans game haven't got a clue about their analytics. If you ask someone what their average order value is or what their average lifetime value is, which are arguably two of the most important metrics in a subscription business, and OnlyFans is a subscription business assuming that you're running a paid page, and most people simply just don't know this information. So you need to know the core metrics of your OnlyFans account in order to make good decisions in marketing. So you just plug in your OnlyFans account to Fansmetric, they will handle analysis and give you that data, as well as making like cohorts and segments of your different customers as well. Really good tool, particularly for those of you who have no idea about the analytics of your OnlyFans profile. It's like a no-brainer to do this. You need to understand how much you're actually able to spend on customer acquisition, and of course you can work this out yourself, but Fansmetric does give like a nice dashboard and really just seamless way to do it. So again, 100% something worth looking at.

Next up we're going to talk about like profile and browser management. When you're managing multiple girls on the OnlyFans you need a way to be able to manage all of the profiles, and I've been doing things like this for many years, so I'm going to give you a couple of different tools. One of them is going to be Multilogin. Multilogin has been around for a very long time. I used to use it back in my LinkedIn days five years ago. Really good tool, slightly more on the expensive side, but it is actually really good, and it allows you to manage just multiple browsers. So we can plug in a load of OnlyFans creators, we could make Tinder accounts on there, we can make Bumble accounts on there. So Multilogin is really good. I would recommend it. However I don't actually use it personally at this point.

I was previously using GoLogin and had been for about the past nine or ten months. However recently GoLogin has been having quite a few problems. Like this has been mentioned like in our group, in the OnlyFans group for our course members. We've also been running into issues with it ourselves where chatters weren't able to open profiles, where they mentioned that there was like a DDoS attack, which I'm not sure that I believe, and yeah just it's been having like quite a lot of issues recently, which has maybe pushed it down a couple of points on my list to be honest.

Another option that you can look at is Lalicat, which we use for making Tinder profiles whenever we're not using phones. Like we've been testing around that over the past like two months or so. But you can also use it, if you're paying the subscription there, you can use it for just managing your browser profiles. The only annoying thing that I would say about it is that onboarding process isn't that seamless. Like you pay with crypto and then you need to wait for them to verify the transaction, and it's just it's just not very smooth. But other than that, good tool, good feature set, and if you're using it already for Tinder and dating apps you may as well use the same software to manage your OnlyFans profiles.

And then the other one that I'll mention is AdsPower. Again we used AdsPower quite a lot in the past and it can also be used perfectly well for managing like multiple browser profiles. So at the minute I'm actually in the process of migrating away from GoLogin. I've just got a little bit tired of our chatters not being able to log in. Like there was a three hour period the other week where a chatter just wasn't able to log in to GoLogin, and so I am looking at moving probably to Lalicat just because we have it already on a subscription basis. But again AdsPower is another one that I think is worth, and the other one, the one that's been around for a very long time is Multilogin, which I've also been a customer of for many years.

Okay, next up Notion. Notion isn't specific just to OnlyFans. It can be used for anything. I use it as a project management tool for pretty much my entire life. It manages tools, workflows, tasks, projects, documents, resources, standard operating procedures, everything. Like you can build out custom dashboards in there and literally build out whatever you want. Everything that takes place in my life is actually managed within Notion, which includes OnlyFans. Very flexible, really nice way to manage your business.

I don't get our whole team or all of our models set up on Notion by the way. It's mostly just used by myself and a tiny, a higher level management tool. I think to put models on there would be a bit of a mistake. It can be a little bit confusing and a little bit complex at times, like a little bit overwhelming basically. But I build up our management dashboards, databases, systems on top of Notion basically to make smooth workflows both to manage and collaborate with our creators. So fantastic tool. Takes a little bit of time to get used to and really understand the kind of like the full power and capability. So if you do use it I suggest starting off very simple. Make some very simple dashboards and then you can start to explore the complexities of Notion and like all of the possibilities. One of my favorite tools both for OnlyFans and both for my personal and business.

So number one, the tool that is used the most by our agency every single day without a doubt is Supercreator. It's literally used like 24/7 by our chatters. I've been a customer of Supercreator for quite a while now. Our chatting team literally uses it every single day and we actually get complaints from our employees if Supercreator isn't available, or on a specific account we will actually have complaints from employees asking us to put it on there.

Supercreator allows you to make template messages and offers a very easy and systemized kind of chatting system, and they just embed a little widget so all of your template messages are available at a click of a button, so you don't need to keep going over to Google Sheets or Airtable or whatever you're managing your sexting sequences. You can also assign hotkeys and shortcuts just to make it very easy for your chatters to be able to find exactly what they're looking for.

Another great feature is they also show you what content has been sent and what content has actually been sold, which is the most basic feature ever, but unfortunately OnlyFans being a billion dollar platform decided that it wasn't worth adding that in. So yeah, Supercreator does solve that problem. It also gives you various other like pieces of information that are very useful for your chatters, such as average order value, conversion rate of the client, how much pay-per-view content have you sent to that client, how much have they converted on. You can also add in like the country of that specific user. It shows you the full amount of money that user has spent, which allows you to be able to prioritize your chats much much better, particularly when there's like a high volume of chats coming in. We will ask our chatters to prioritize like the high spenders of course.

They also have a mass messaging feature which I'm a very big fan of actually, which allows you to offer like dynamic pricing. So based on the amount of money that the customer has spent before we will increase the price of the mass messaging content. So if a customer has spent less than five dollars let's say, we can set up Supercreator to add all those customers into a specific list and that way we will send them out cheap pay-per-view content. Whereas some of the customers who have spent a bit more, maybe even five dollars to fifty dollars let's say, would be like our next segment. We can send out the exact same pay-per-view content but we will increase the price slightly as we know this customer has spent before. And then we can also have like our top spenders, our big spenders, who again for the exact same message that we send out they will be given a slightly higher price because we know that they're willing to send more money. So essentially it's dynamic pricing. Again just setting up your cut and splitting your customers based on how much money they've sent. But it's simple, but again just really useful tool.

There are also some other competitors and alternatives to Supercreator that are slightly cheaper that you can look at too. I know OF Buddy is mentioned like in our group as well. But to be honest I really like Supercreator. I've never had any issues with it, which I'm actually a little bit sensitive about. Four months ago I was trying out another Chrome extension for OnlyFans, and these Chrome extensions they use cookies in order to log into your account, and we actually had a situation where I was testing out this plugin, we actually got kicked out of a client account and it caused us a whole load of issues. It re-triggered verification. I'm not quite sure why that was. I don't know if it was because the plugin that I used tried to access it without a proxy or whatever. Anyway OnlyFans flagged it. They went through a whole verification stage as well which took us about seven days to go through. So now I'm a lot more careful about the plugins that I allow to have access to OnlyFans. So I've literally never had any problem with Supercreator. Really good tool, and that is why it's in number one.

So yeah, I hope that was useful. I hope there was some tools on there that you haven't heard of before. I know that there's some very commonly used tools that people will of course already know of. They're just good to have them in the list anyway. Other than that I'd be very interested to hear of any other, like I said at the start of the video I feel we're in like a really interesting space at the moment. We're seeing like quite a lot of innovation and new software and tools popping up, some interesting ideas that are being.
